Chapter 21

Shivanya and adhrit were on thier way. She was looking out of window. Adhrit noticed her wiping her tears,she was crying silently. He fake coughed to grab her attention but she didn't respond. He played some music but still he failed to grab her attention. He stopped his car and shivanya looked at him

"What happened" she asked,her red eyes were looking at him continually

Adhrit pointed his finger and shivanya saw restaurant,she turned to adhrit

"I'm not hugry you go and have dinner" she said

"What happened,are you missing your home"  he asked

She shook her head negatively

"Then" he asked

"Nothing" she said and wipped her tear

"See I'm very bad at consoling, tell me what happened" he asked

"Preetamaa never talked to me that way before,her tone,her taunts are hurting me" she said looking down,she couldn't control on her tears

Adhrit took a long breath and held her hand,for the first time this is happening,her heartbeat were racing fast. She looked at adhrit

"See this world is like this only,jab tak aap unke saath acche hai tab tak aap acche hai aur jab aapne unhe disappoint kiya fir aap bure. And that lady is not less then that. I don't know about anything else but i will be always there to support you" he said

Shivanya was bit shocked hearing this from him

"I know you must be confused but let me tell you one thing,i proposed you for marriage and i can not let anyone to disrespect you. You are in that house because of me so it's my responsibility to take stand for you" he said and she nodded

"Now let's go" he said and left her hand

"No,i don't feel like eating" she said denying

"Fine" saying this,adhrit left the car and locked it for her safety. He entered in the restrictions an sat on the table from he can see shivanya

"How mean,can't he ask one more time" she said in shock and scrunched her nose

Adhrit placed his order. He was checking upon shivanya time to time. His order came and he called shivanya. She recived the call and looked at him

"Now what" she asked in rude tone

"The rajma chaval smells so good and it's looking so fine,do you wanna taste" he asked looking at her in call

Shivanya's mouth started watering after hearing him. She somehow controlled herself and gulped down the water she had

"No thanks,enjoy" saying this she cut the call

Adhrit rolled his eyes at her stubbornness. And at last,he started having his meal. Meanwhile shivanya was scrolling through her phone. In few minitues,adhrit came with bag in hands. Sitting in the car he placed bag on her lap. She looked at him confusingly

"What is this" she asked

"Rajma chaval was actually delicious" he said and Shivanya understood he packed rajma chaval for her

Shivanya's mouth started watering again. Rajma chaval is her favorite dish. And top of that the smell of the dish is making her uncontrollable

"See,i don't waste food. And you brought without asking me. I respect the food and that's why I'm eating it. So don't think that i was dying to eat" she said in serious tone which wasn't serious to him

"Okay" he said and shook his head

Shivanya ate and they left. Reaching to hospital,the directly went to dadisa's room corridor. Where his father an grandfather was present. Their family called them and told everything to them
