Chapter - 2

** Lara 's PoV **

" good morning , aunt Millie , can I go today to the ponds ....... " I ask my aunt as soon I wake up . " dear first u should probably take a bath and your breakfast , then I will decide " she said . "Ummmm....... Ok , I guess " I said . And headed to the bathroom attached to our house . There was a bucket of fresh water with rose petals . Nice . I quickly took a bath and wrapped the piece of cloth around my straight black hair . Today I decided to wear a dress made from rose petals with some of my red slippers . They suited perfectly with my black sparkling hair . I brushed my hair and then want back to the room we share , through the door and to the kitchen . " aunt, what's for breakfast ? " I asked . " some omelet and water " she said . "Ok" i said . " thank u God for all the food we receive today , amen ." I said and started eating. After I have finished by breakfast I again tried to ask my aunt and she said "yes " , but even told to be careful , as the world is dangerous .

I hoped happily towards the pond which is just 20 steps away from my house . I always follow the advice of my aunt she is really nice and I don't want to break her heart. I always guessed that my parents are dead in the storm occurred in 1700 , the year I was born , and this kind lady my aunt adopted me . I loved singing and music . I love my tattoo in my right arm on the shoulders it is just a simple pattern in the Color pink. Aunt says it is there from when I was born and so it cannot be removed , so yeah , I love it . I even love good fruits and flowers . I tell my aunt everything , also about the pond , which I found when I was 15 year old . I was chasing a butterfly and stumbled across a stone and fell on the soft grass , but when I stood up I saw this really beautiful pink flower and decided to bring it home , but it flew away when I tried to pick it up and then it chased me to the pond .

"Reached " I said . I climbed to the tree , stumbling a few times , after I climes I swung my leg , while seeing the other two trees around and the beautiful blue sparkling water an d the flowers surrounding around it . "So beautiful, I said . But something caught my eye , a pillow on the tree opposite to me on the same branch as I was sitting . I jumped down my tree and went to the edge to that tree carefully . I got little nearer , then " stop........" I heard a voice . I stood still to scared to do anything .
