I feel the sun touching my skin. I find it calming. The warmth slowly heats up my body. Its precious. So I treasure it. I take my time and enjoy. My eyelids get heavy, so I just keep my eyes closed. I'm surrounded by my girls, who are laying just as still as me. Humans call it sunbathing. We call it heaven. Yeah, we're not humans, we eat humans. Not really, just kidding, only when we're attacked or really hungry. We're lions. And I'm the one with the gorgeous hairdo, gets me all the girls. No seriously, it's pretty. I'm not vain but I do am proud. As a lion. Duh. I'm the only male in the pack, and I like it that way. Never known other males than my father actually. That bastard, he ate my cousin, banged my aunt.
