Are You Worthy?

I shook Vanoss's hand, and he nodded. Lui came up to me, I could see his eyes barely through the mask.

"Do you need new clothes?" He asked.

"Yeah. That would be fine." I replied, looking at all of their faces. You could barely see Delirious's blue eyes through his mask. Mini Ladd fixed his tie, and Moo pushed up his glasses. Then, a man in green shirt, came in.

"Hey, Nogla. This is Lea, she'll be staying with us for awhile. Okay?" Vaonss said.

"Hello." Nogla said, shaking my hand. Why was everyone shaking my hand?

"Well, she needs some clothes, so some of us are going. Vanoss, Delirious, and Moo, come with Lea and I. The rest stay here." Lui told everyone. "Plus, I need Cheerios!" Lui added in a sqeaker voice. Everyone started laughing, so I joined in. I wonder how he did that when he was a grown man, and under a angry monkey mask. Lui walked towards the exit, so I followed, with Vanoss, Moo, and Delirious behind. We took the elevator down, and soon we we're in a garage.

"Wow. What are we taking?" I asked, looking at all the cool cars. There was two Zentorno's, three Kuruma's, a Dinki Jester, a blue Double T, and some others.

"Well, I think we should take Vanoss's Kuruma." Moo suggested. Vanoss nodded and we headed over to the Kuruma's. We got into a black and yellow one, which was so comfy. Moo sat next to me in the back on the ride out, and into town. Vanoss pulled over at a Suburban store, and I got out. As they all went inside, I stood outside by the door. Vanoss noticed and came back outside.

"What's wrong?" He asked softly.

"No money. I'm broke." I replied. He shrugged.

"I'll buy you some clothes. Its not so hard."

"Okay? I seem like a jerk. I will pay you back though, when I get money."

"No need, I have enough money. Lets go get you some clothes." He walked inside and I followed. Lui was just sitting in a chair, and Delirious was looking at coats. Moo was looking at shirts. I walk over to the shirts, and grab some regular tees, and some hoodies. I then got some blue jeans, and I was done. Vanoss paid like he said, and we we're about to head home.

"I haven't found my Cheerios!" Lui exclaimed in a squeaker voice. I giggled, finding the voice hilarious.

"We have enough Cheerios at home! Come on Monkey Boy!" Delirious yelled, but ended with a evil laugh. I was guessing that was his regular laugh.

Lui sighed, and we walked back to the car. I once again was in the back, but this time with Delirious. He looked straight forward. Then he turned to look at me.

"Your hair is a mess." Was all he said, and I tried to come back with a snappy remark. But all I came up with was:

"No dip, Sherlock."

Sure, it was a remark. But it just made him laugh, which made me laugh. Everyone was soon laughing, and so, when we walked into the apartment laughing, the whole crew was laughing. Wow. What kind of crew is this?

I walked towards a bathroom, and changed into a regular gray shirt, with a black hoodie. I put on some distressed jeans, but then I noticed it. Someone had bought me black combat boots. I smiled and put them on, and noticed a brush on the counter. I ran it through my knotted hair, pulling really hard. I always had a rubber band on my wrist, so I pulled my hair into a ponytail. I looked presentable. I walked out of the bathroom, but the whole apartment was dark, and surprisingly quiet. This was kind of scary, because I have noticed they are all really loud. I snuck down the hallway, and into the living room. The TV was on the security cameras. I immediately noticed Mini on the cameras, and he was holding up a sign. Go to Garage! I followed the instructions, and went into the elevator. Once the elevator door opened so I could climb in, Delirious stood in. I slowly walked on, and he handed me a slip of paper. This was really scary. Why are they all pooping up at random times? All I did was change my clothes, and here I am, everything so quiet, a pin could drop, and you could hear it. I uncrumpled the paper. Take blue Zentorno to Airport. I nodded, and Delirious followed me out of the elevator, and I got into the blue and green Zentorno. Delirious got into the passenger seat, and I turned the ignition on. Driving out of the garage, I saw Delirious pull out his phone. Probably to text someone.

I drove really fast, not bothering to follow the rules of the road. I mean, who does that, wanting to listen to the Government? Delirious didn't seem to mind, he was kind of crazy anyways. We got to the airport, just I didn't know what to do.

"See that ramp?" Delirious finally spoke, pointing to a ramp. "Take it."

"Okay." I backed the car back, so we could get a good head start. Once back, I revved the car, almost like the day Vanoss crashed into me. I pushed my foot down on the pedal, and we sped forward, at very high speed, I hit the ramp, and we flew. Delirious was on his phone again, so he didn't notice. We flew for 10 seconds, then landed on all wheels, me gasping. I drifted the car, and we pulled up to a Buzzard, with Lui as pilot.

"Go." Delirious said, and I got out of the car, and into the Helicopter. Moo was in the back, so I got next to him. Lui started the Buzzard, and soon we we're in the air. Lui looked back at Moo, so Moo handed me a parachute. My eyes went wide.

"No way! I'm not jumping out." I told them.

"Would you rather fall to your death, or land where you're supposed to, without being hurt? Hmm?" Moo questioned. I sighed, and grabbed the back chute from him. I put it on, and he continued talking, "When I tell you to, you are going to jump out. When you are at good altitude, pull the cord. You want to land on the Maze Bank. There you will meet one of us. Do what they say. Okay?"

"Okay." I told him, and we soon we're over the Maze Bank.

"Jump!" Moo yelled, so I did. When I was ready, I pulled the cord. I had to keep turning my chute so I would land on the Bank. There was Nogla and Wildcat. I walked up to them. They pulled me over to them, and huddled me in.

"Good job. The last part is the hardest. This is what you are going to do." Wildcat starred. "You are going to climb down this building. At the bottom is Vanoss. Don't fall, and we can't give you any thing to help you. Use your surroundings. Don't fall, and at the bottom, Vanoss will tell you if you passed or failed. Actually, we can offer you one of the two of these objects." He turned to Nogla, who gave him two objects. "You can either have: The rope, or the plungers. Choose wisely." I looked at my choices, and I immediately knew what to use.

"Nothing." I told them, running to the edge. I climbed down the platform. I saw Vanoss's owl mask at them bottom. I gripped my hands to where I was at, and put my feet on the ledges. I remembered that I could always just think about all of this. There was a jutted out ledge, pretty big, so I jumped, and I could hear Wildcat gasping. I smirked, and landed on the ledge. Not too much to go. I looked around, and saw a plunger. I looked up to see Nogla had thrown it and a walkie talkie down. I picked up the objects up, and spoke into the walkie talkie. "What the heck? I don't need this."

"Yes. Nothing means one thing. Just freaking use it." Nogla's voice came in. I shrugged and put the walkie talkie in my pocket. I used the plunger as I started to climb down again, and it kept hold pretty good. Once my feet hit a narrow ledge, I moved the pluger down little by little until it was at my feet.

I repeated this process over and over. Soon I was two stories from the ground. I smiled at my progress. I lifted the plunger up, but I started falling. I watched the sky, until I reached my arm out, and grabbed a bar. Looking down, I see that I only fell a story, and didn't die! The plunger was on the ground, and Vanoss was watching me. I jumped down the rest of the way, landing on my feet. Vanoss clapped.

"Did I pass?" I pant, putting my hands on my knees. Even though it was just climbing, it was hard. Soon, all the crew was behind him, waiting to hear his choice. His eyes burned into mine, and I started getting scared. I still had no idea why I was doing all this crazy stuff. In the silence, I fixed my hair, earning a laugh from the crew. I smirked, and glanced at Vanoss.

"Lea." He walked forward. "You did this to test if you had a chance of being in the crew. You had no idea why you we're doing this, but you followed instructions, showing you could listen. You are good in driving, and parachuting. There was a ladder on the Maze Bank (not really, this is just for the story), but you decided to climb it the hard way. That means you have bravery. You know how to watch out for yourself, and you have a sense of humor. Do, overall, you do have a huge change of being in this crew. Next is training. Be at Mt. Chiliad at 7. Be ready."

Everyone cheered, and picked me up. All I did was get crashed into, and there is now a crew, wanting me in. This is the best day of my life.
