Author’s Note – A New Beginning
Hi, everyone.
This story has been with me for a long time—it’s deeply personal, and in many ways, a reflection of myself. Some of you might remember it from years ago, when I first began sharing it here on Wattpad. Back then, I wrote from the heart without worrying about perfection or rules—I just wanted to tell a story that meant something.
Years ago, a publishing platform reached out to me and offered to host this book. At the time, I said yes, thinking it was the next step in chasing my dream. But over the years, that experience became confusing and limiting. I was given little to no communication, no support, and no payment—despite the agreement they had me sign. Worst of all, I felt like I lost control of something that was mine.
Today, I’m taking it back.
This version of the story is entirely revised and rewritten—with deeper emotion, clearer character arcs, and a voice that’s grown stronger with time. It’s still the same story at its core… but told in the way I’ve always meant it to be. This is my version. The one I want you to read.
