Chemistry (A Real Life Nightmare)

" Mona had gone through mood swings, cravings and all the pregnancy stuff, Raph was exhausted from being up all night trying to make Mona happy, but a long 4 months passed and Mona was due any day"

I wake up early to see Mona asleep as I force myself up and go to the kitchen and make myself coffee. I grabbed my black mug and pour in my coffee, I sipped it and see Donnie walk in as he poured himself coffee as well. " Morning Don" he looks at me "fine just tired April just kept me up all night" I smirked at my gapped tooth brother " I'm guessing you and April were busy last night" I see his face turn pink as he tries hiding it by drinking coffee. Not long my brother Leo joined us as he poured coffee into his Space Hero's mug that he ordered off online. He seemed tired as well, probably from reading his new comics he ordered ass well. It was quiet for a minute and I heard a scream and I ran to my room, it was time.

" we took Mona to Donnie's lab and after a long two hours Donnie walks out holding a baby girl he handed me to her and I held her a baby lizard with my green eyes she was beautiful"

"Raph there's something you have to know" I look at him " what is it Donnie" I see tears in his eyes "Mona didn't make it" my eyes widened and filled with tears " what no.... This can't happen I love her" I cried the rest Of the night and rocked my baby girl to sleep I decided to name her Grace I set her in her crib as I laid in my empty bed my eyes bloodshot red ' looks like I'm a single father raising Grace on my own... I hope I can be a great father and make mona proud' I turn over and cried myself to sleep that night.
