Sitting in the back of the ambulance a million things was running through my mind. First question who the fuck is responsible? People so fucking reckless. I looked over at kendra and reached over and grabbed her hand trying to calm her down.

She been crying since the whole accident. Im trying to keep myself together for her and the baby. We pulled up to the hospital and the emergency squad hurried out the car. Two people grabbed kendras emergency cot and carried her out the truck.

Someone rushed out the hospital with a gurney and put her on it. The nurse rolled kendra in the hospital with my hand still attached to hers. When we got to a certain point one the nurses stopped me. "excuse me sir this is as far as you can go please have a seat in the waiting room and we will get back to you" I kissed kendras hand and let her go. I would of showed out but i know i need to be level headed.

I went to the waiting room trying to decide what to do. The only person who popped in my head was damon. I quickly pulled out my cellphone and headed outside. Dialing his number he picked up after 3 rings.

"what's good fam" skipping the introduction I don't have time for it so i got straight to the point. "I need you to talk to your connects with the police find out about a bomb that went off in the northgates mall parking garage".

"What you mean a bomb, what kendrick explain more" damon said getting serious.

"somebody put a bomb in my car and that shit blew up and kendra was so close to it man that shit might of hurt her and the baby check up on everything for me surveillance videos the police reports" I rushed into the phone taking a deep breath to calm down. Not the place or time.

"alright i got you fam" with that we hung up. I walked back inside the hospital and sat down in the waiting room. Out of nowhere a hysterical tasha came rushing into the hospital.

"omg kendrick what happened I got in the parking garage after kendra texted me and when i got to the car it was in flames the officers told me that a young pregnant women and a man was injured in a car" she broke even more crying harder. "how is she man is she ok how about the baby?" I pulled her into a hug to calm her down. "how is my best friend kendrick" her voice cracked.

"I dont know" I whispered and took a deep breath I let tasha go and sat down putting my head in my hands.

It felt like hours passed minutes were going by so slow. In reality it just been an hour since kendra was checked in. Finally a nurse came out asking for the family of Kendra Riviera. Me and tasha stood up and followed the nurse to im assuming kendras rooms.

When we walked in different machines was hooked up to kendra but she was sitting up wide awake eating ice and watching teen wolf on the tv. As soon as kendra realized we were in the room she paused the tv.

"BABYYY MAMAAA" tasha yelled running over to her and hugged her. "are you ok? how you feeling do i need to cut a bitch? hows the baby?" tasha started firing a whole bunch of questions at her. I silently chuckled and walked more inside the room.

"hey baby mama yes im ok , I feel fine, and yes we do" she paused and looked over at me mugging me. I sighed shaking my head she got it all wrong. "and the baby is fine i'm waiting for the doctors to get done running test".

"thats great im glad your ok" suddenly tashas phone started ringing. "ill be back" She hugged kendra one more time then hurried out the room answering the phone. I looked at kendra she was avoiding eye contact with me.

I stood up and walked over to her bed and sat down at the edge of the bed. I grabbed her hand and kissed it making her look up at me. Before she could start cussing me out i quickly started talking.
