I woke to the light ray beaming on my face. I cursed in my head because I told Kendrick to stop leaving the curtain open. I turned around carefully not to hit my belly, about to punch him in the arm to wake him up the bed was empty.

I made a frown because I hated not being able to wake up next to him in the morning. I got out bed and walked to the bathroom to see my messy hair all out the woodwork . I swear I need to get this mess done. Just when I was about to turn to the shower I notice a note taped to the door.

Had to take care of some business today so don't be mad but later I got a special surprise for you so take Gremlin with you to the mall with you and buy you something nice for tonight nothing too fancy but dress very pretty.

P.S Don't let Mr.Brown use my card I left it on the dresser.

I laughed as I placed the letter on the counter I swear he a mess 99.9% of the time but that's my baby. I walked to the shower and turned the water, while letting it get hot I went to grab a towel and wash cloth. I'm about to get clean for my hoes.

*Hour Later*

After cleaning up I put on my pink sweat pants and a pink hoodie I had just gotten a couple weeks ago. I went into Kendrick and I walk in closet and got on my rainbow sandals. I swear gaining this wait has taken a toll on these feet I had to retire my first love.

I threw my hair into a high pony tail not feeling like messing with this mess and walked in the kitchen where Tasha was all into her phone and stuffing her face with Kendricks apple jacks I swear he gon kill her if they all gone.

"Hey Boo what you doing today" I asked. "Nothing bestfriend just thinking about sitting around maybe going out later to check on the apartment to see if everything is set up good" she said.

"Oh do you think you have to go with me shopping" I smiled. "Of course and to get you hair done to right because bitch you got that struggle look going on right now" she laughed.

My facial expression turned sour as I mugged her. " you the last to talk when the edges looking like they can cut somebody's finger. Her laughter was cut short as the smile faded into a mug.

I smiled back. "Bitch go get ready so we can go I need to get back in time for 12 so I can catch the young and the restless. What seem like hours Tasha finally came. "What took you so long you look the same as before ugly" I cracked up. "You lucky you pregnant" she said as she snatched the keys out my hand and placed them on the counter.

"We're driving my car you know JJ said don't drive" she walked out the front door. "He not the boss of me" I mumbled as I followed behind her.

She ignored me and got in the car. I got inside and put my seatbelt on. I looked at tasha as she started the car and backed out the driveway.

I guess she sensed me starring at her because she looked over at me. "What?"

"Put yo seat belt on buckle up or get crinkled up" she busted out laughing but I was so serious. She shook her head and put her seat belt on. The entire drive to our hair dresser consisted of us singing along to the radio.

Tasha found a parking spot and parked we got out and headed inside. We walked to the front desk and was greeted by liona. "Hey tasha and Kendra what y'all getting done it's early so y'all can get in and out keke in the back"
