So lost for so long

Even in this world Koi was uncomfortable. It was so busy and happy and bustling. Not to mention, without Mokona around she couldn't understand a word of what they were saying.

This only caused her head to hurt and for the woman to pout.

She shuffled uncomfortable as she stood off to the side of the streets, watching through her see-through blindfold that she was wearing in this world. The top hat was too much of a beacon, even Koi had known that, so she had substituted hiding her demonic eyes behind the blind fold.

It still garnered curious stares, but it was better than her too-large hat, Fai had pointed out.

She shuffled again, the folds of her dress swaying as she did so and her pout deepened into a scowl.

Koi hated to admit it, but she felt lost. It was a feeling she didn't like, and she almost wished she wasn't having this moment of lucidity instead of the normal insanity that had taken hold of her. She hopped up an down on the balls of her feet lightly as she thought.

She did enjoy being around Kurogane, Fai, Syaoran, Sakura, and Mokona. They treated her as a person - even despite her instability.

It had been weeks since they had been traveling from Yuuko's place and not once had she been demonized or thought badly of because of her eyes or her hair - the color of white representing death and was the default hair coloring for those of human-demon blood.

Koi clicked her tongue. “Koi is confused.” she declared out loud to herself before turning and heading back to the others, determined to forget about this moment of lucidity.

She began to hum an tune to herself as she went.

Kurogane grunted in irritation as Koi hugged him from behind, her chin on his shoulder. She did this more and more often and Kurogane didn’t know if he should be worried that he was actually starting to get used to it and even enjoy it a little....

He scoffed at that, there was no way he could possibly like an insane woman such as Koi.

Kurogane tensed as Koi began to nibble on his ear lobe. For several seconds he remained frozen, his heart beating erratically before he jumped away, sending Koi tumbling to the ground.

“WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU?!”

“Kuro-Kuro looked sad so Koi wanted to cheer him up!”

“You shouldn’t do that to people!”

“But Kuro-Kuro should enjoy it~”

“STAY AWAY FROM ME!”

“Ah, Koi-san is a really open person, huh?” Sakura chuckled nervously, her own face red in embarrassment from the even before them. Syaoran nodded, rubbing his neck sheepishly.

“Yeah, you can say that again....”
