Why do you even care?

Chapter 4

It was Ashton! "Hey Ash!" I said as I gave him an hug. "Hey Arden!" Ashton said and hugged me back. "Ashton, this is Michael!" I said with a small crooked smile. "Haha we already met each other!" Ashton said smiling "Yeah, we have Maths together!" Michael laughed.

I sat next to michael and Ashton sat on his seat behind us with nobody next to him. We talked a lot during French, the teacher didn't even notice. Even though we had talked a lot French went by slowly. And the next few lessons were History and Geography and luckily Ebony and I had that together, so we saw each other again and she sat next to me.

"Pshh Arden" Ebony whispered and I turned my face to her and laughed. "What?" I whispered back. "Jack, a guy from school, throws a party this Friday! Wanna come?" She whispered when a big smile appears on her face. "I don't know Ebony, I like parties but isn't it to early for me to go to parties here?" I replied with a frown. "Its never to early to party Arden!" She said with a big smile on her face, "Ugh okay" I said as I let out a little sigh. She looked at me with her bright green eyes and laughed, "Its going to be awesome babe believe me!!" She said and gave me a hug.

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday went by slowly and Ashton and I became really close with the others and we were really excited for the party. I still haven't seen Luke, and I was actually quite scared to meet him. He seemed like an ass in my opinion.

It was Friday afternoon and school went by fast. Ashton and Michael decided to go to Calums house. Aya, Ebony, Evelyn and Kenny came over to my house. We decided to walk because my house wasn't that far. On our way to my house we laughed and talked a lot. These girls were awesome and great friends and I'm actually really happy that I've met them.

We arrived at my house, I unlocked the front door. Nobody was home so we went upstart to my room

"Fucking hell Arden! Your room is amazing!" Aya said as her mouth fell open. "Hahaha thanks Aya!" I said back as I laughed. "I'm so fucking excited for the party to be honest!" I said with a big smile. "Same dude, oh my god." Kenny said while she was looking through my cd's.

We talked for hours. It was 7 pm and the party started at 7:30 pm so we decided to get ready. I walked over to the bathroom where Ebony and Kenny did their makeup. Ebony and Kenny were really close friends they knew each other from kindergarten, they were always together. Evelyn and Aya were new too but than a few months before me. And we had lots of things in common. Everyone was ready to go except for me. "Wait, I have an idea!" Aya said with a crooked smile. "We're going to dress Arden extra hot for tonight!" She yelled of excitement. "Yeahh, we're gonna make you look sexy for Luke!" Kenny said as everybody laughed.

Aya went through my closet and took something that I didn't wear often. It was a lilac crop top without sleeves and with a small neck. She also took my black leather skater skirt out of my closet and my white adidas superstars. "Put it on! I bet you're gonna look stunning in it!" Aya said excited. Ebony went through all my makeup and she gets all excited about it. I was all dressed and she came up to me. "Sit the fuck down I'm gonna make you prettier than you already are!" Ebony said while laughing. She did some foundation on my face and started to put some eyeliner on my eyelids with a small wing and some mascara. Evelyn grabbed something out of her makeup bag and came over to me with a EOS lip balm. "You're lips need to be extra soft when you kiss Luke of course!" She said with a small smirk. "Jesus guys, maybe I don't want to kiss him!" I said playfully and the girls laughed.

"You look amazing Arden!" Kenny said with her mouth open.

"Thanks! It's awesome that you guys are doing this for me!" I said to them while I looked at myself in the mirror.

They all stood next to me looked at me through the mirror and gave me a group hug. "Welcome to the group babe" Evelyn said.

I took my phone from my nightstand and texted my mum:

"Me and Ashton are going to that party tonight is it okay if my friends sleep here?"

She replied immediately:

"Okay but please don't get drunk!"

We went downstairs and made our way too Jack's house. "I need to tell you guys something..." Ebony said quietly. We all came closer while walking, "what is it?" I said excited. "Okay promise me that you won't tell anyone!" "We promise" Evelyn said quickly. "Okay..." She sighs and continues "I really really like Calum, but I don't know if he likes me back." She said as her smile slowly fades away. "Ebony, I bet that he likes you too! Everytime when I see him looking at you, he smiles! And you would be a cute couple though!" I said and Evelyn and Aya agreed. Kenny didn't say anything. It looked like she was hiding something but we didn't asked for it.

We arrived at Jack's house around 8 p.m. his house was full crowded with people of our school and other schools. We made our way to the front door and walked in. Aya got a text from Ashton that they were in the kitchen so we went to the kitchen and we met Ashton, Calum and Michael there. Calum made some drinks for us and we went to Jack's backyard.

There were loads of people standing outside, talking dancing, laughing. There was also a pool, full of already drunk people in their underwear. I actually loved it! I loved party like this! Everyone looked so happy.

"Guys! I just got a text from Luke aka dickhead!" Michael said happy! I bet that he was already drunk but it was quite funny. "What did he say?" I asked. "You really want to know huh?" Calum said. "Ha ha funny" I said sarcastically but at the end I let out a small laugh. I looked over to Ashton and saw him flirting with Aya. "He said that he's almost here!" Michael said while he was dancing like an idiot.

Calum and I talked for a while. "Shit I forgot my cigarettes in my car" Calum said. I knew that he smoked but I didn't really cared. Calum is an amazing human being and the fact that he smoked didn't changed anything of his personality.

We walked to his car and tried to find his cigarettes. Suddenly a handsome tall blonde boy walked towards us.
