Arden's POV
Its 7 am and my alarm goes off. I woke up with quite a good mood but suddenly I look over at the calendar and realize that me and my family are moving to Sydney today. My smile slowly fades away from my face when I realized that I had to leave this place. I really didn't want to leave Brisbane, I had quite a lot friends and I also had to break up with my boyfriend because of this. I feel sick when I think of the fact that I broke up with my boyfriend. I loved him and I still do. My mum and stepdad rented a moving truck so we could move in all our furniture into our new house. My uncle decided to help us so he said that he will drive the truck to our new house so we could go with our car. our suitcases were already in the back of the car and we were ready to go. Being in a car for 10 hours with your twin brother and your little sister is literally hell.
My sister, Vanessa is 14 years old and really annoying, she always thinks she's right and she always judges people without any reason I could kill her sometimes.
My twin brother, Ashton is amazing, we're very close and I love him to death. We both like the same music! But sometimes he can be really protective and he can be annoying too.
My mum and I are very close, I can trust her 100% but of course my mum is really protective over me even though I'm already 18.
My stepdad is okay I guess. His name is Rick and he has a great job. He's very smart too but I don't really know much about him.
----------
After the long ride we arrived at a big, white house close to the beach.
My mum sees that I'm not really happy about moving to a whole new city. She comes up to me and she plants a small kiss on my forehead, "I know that it's hard to leave your friends and move to another city. But you have to move on" she says when a small sigh escapes her mouth. "I know mum but I just don't like being here, I miss Brisbane" I said back, when I'm trying to hold back some tears.
My mum saw how upset I was and decided that I'm the first one who gets to pick a room. I went upstairs and there are 5 rooms, I went through them all and picked the prettiest one! It was a quite big room with a big balcony with a view on the sea. And with my own bathroom.
