Flare saved Lucy from those dragons and she apologised to her! (Also that thought Lucy had she saw Flare in OVA 5. Bad girl, Lucy! :3)

JUST SO YOU KNOW: Not shipping them because of that GMG incident is no longer an excuse.

I mean, imagine them dating and Lucy just gets really excited when she gets to braid Flare's hair.

And then if any guys try to flirt with Lucy, Flare can them that really creepy stare and scare them away.
