Is it because they both have blue hair?
Is it because they used to be both villians?
Is it because they used to have a mysterious-like personality? I mean, Jellal still does but Juvia changed.

I don't know. I took a good look at the fanart and I though that maybe they would be that fluffy couple. Those couples that are full of hand holding and kissing but that's it.
