Thomas: He likes to kiss your cheek because it's fast and he can go into the maze after giving you a goodbye kiss. Your cheeks are also pretty soft.
Newt: Newt has all the time in the Glade and loves to tease you. He kisses your neck, slowly makes his way up your jawline and to your lips.
Minho: Minho likes to show you're his, so he gives you a long kiss on the lips, and kisses your temple before whispering 'I love you', then runs off to wherever he needs to be.
Gally: Gally likes to kiss your forehead because he likes to tease you that if he kisses it enough, it won't be so big. Your forehead isn't actually big, but he pretends so he can get you laughing when you're having a bad day.
Alby: He kisses your nose because he says it's adorable, and you wrinkle it when he does, then he says you look kind of like a bunny. Then he pecks your lips and smiles at you (LIKE OH MY GOSH! ALBY IS SMILING).
