Lettuce, tomato, cheese, ya know.. salad stuffsies. Oh! Also, some chicken!" I said, enthusiastically.
"Chicken? I thought you didn't like it? Aren't you a vegetarian?" He asked, in curiousity.
"I-I do. I-It's for.. for you."
I finally opened up the lid of the salad, and reached inside. I pulled out a plastic little bag and put my hand in. Inside were 4 little chicken strips. I pulled one out, and looked at the chicken then to Senpai with the tilt of my head.
"For me? Really?" He asked, looking around shyly.
I nodded silently, and pushed the chicken towards him. I opened my mouth, and pointed to it, signaling him to copy me.
"Mmmm! Mmm!"
He chuckled a little, and opened up his mouth. "Ahhhh..."
I pushed the chicken in and, he closed his mouth to chew.
"Nommy!" I said, with little giggles following.
I waited a couple of seconds for him to finish chewing and to swallow.
When he did, we both started laughing together and the moment our eyes met, we stopped. Not just us.. the whole world. I could feel it just by staring into his eyes. I was dazed.
"B-Bugg?"
"A-Alex?" we both said, at the same time still hypnotized by each other.
"I.. I...", I started to speak at a loss for words.
"Wait." He pressed two of his fingers to my lips and smiled, shushing me.
