I woke up to the worst day of my life. The day where my uncle was buried." Katy are you awake." Sam asked." Yes I wish I wasn't I wish I was in that box not him." I said crying silently to myself." Well you gotta think he was a good man and with out him we wouldn't be here we would be at home." She said. I had a shower and put the simple black that I picked out on." Lets go." I said after putting my combat boots on. We went to the main room were everyone was and I nodded telling them its time to go." You know you don't have to do the speech." My dad said." I want to I loved Phil he was The older brother I never had." I said and the trip was silent from then on. We walked to the graveyard and I saw phils son." One minute dad." I said and me and sam walked over to phils family." Hello I'm Katy faye Barton a friend of phils." I said holding my hand out to his wife. She pulled me in for a hug and I smiled." So you're the girl he wanted me to give this to. He thought of you as his daughter he was always talking about you he made this for you." She said handing me a folder." Thank you what's your name." I asked and she made a weak smile." I'm daisy this is Kai his son." She said." Hello Kai. I'm Katy and do you know what your dad was an amazing man who only told me about you he said you're a special boy and if anything like this ever happened that I was to help your mother with you and I'm gonna do that because he trusted me." I said wiping tears away." My daddy was a good man and he knew he could trust you because he liked you." He said. He gave me a hug." Thank you Kai I have to get back to my parents but I will see you later." I said leaving the small family." Who was that?" My dad asked." They're phils family." I said crying." Oh sweetie i know how much he meant to you." Dad said hugging me." Phil asked me to take care of his son if he died and i swore i would." I said." Please take your seats." The priest said. I sat next to my dad who kept his arm around me." Phil had asked Katy Barton i believe to speak to you and here she is." He said as i got to the podium." Hi everyone this is probably the worst day of my life because Phil was one of the best people you could've known he was a great man and looked out for the people he cared about. When my parents where on missions he would take care of me and make sure i was okay. He never lost faith he was the sun on a bad day. He died with faith in the avengers and its that faith that helped us win in new york i wasn't fighting to save the world i was fighting in honour of Phil may he rest in peace." I said and left the podium. I sat back down and my dad hugged me." Are you okay." He asked but i didn't know the answer." I'm not so sure." I said. We Watched as they lowered him into the ground and i walked over to his family." Hey Kai hows the little warrior." I asked and he looked at me with a tearstained face. I nearly cried again." I miss daddy." He cried. I picked him up and wiped his tears away." You know what your daddy has gone on a special mission that he said he might not come back from but he made me swear i would protect you i and i will." I said wiping away more of his tears." Wanna meet the avengers." I asked and he smiled and nodded." Daisy are you coming." I asked and she nodded. We walked over to the team and i introduced phils family." Kai this is the avengers." I said still holding him." Hello Kai I'm a good friend of your dad." Mum said. She put the folder in her bag because I couldn't hold it at the podium." Hello I'm daisy." Daisy said shaking my mums hand." Hello I'm natasha.." My mum said." Daisy I'm tony stark aka ironman and I've been asked to let you stay in the tower. If you like you will be on the floor above Katy so if you need her she'll not be to far." Stark said." I cant because shield want me to move there and become and agent but Kai wants to stay there-" I cut her off." I can look after him if you like." I said and she smiled." That'd be great thanks." She said." Hey I promised Phil I would care for him and I intend to full fill that promise." I said and she hugged me." Hey Kai how would you like me to take care of you while mommy goes on holiday." I said and he hugged me." Yay but can I still see mommy." He asked." Yeah of course." I said. He gave his mom a hug and then we got in the car." That was really sweet what you did." Harry said." Well it was phils dying wish for me to look after his son and I will. And I'm not completely heartless." I said and he smiled. Kai fell asleep against my chest and I watched him as he snored gently." K we're here are you gonna wake him." Tony whispered. I shook my head and picked him up. I carried him to my room. I placed him in bed." Katy stark wants you in the guest room." Sam said." Will you watch him for me." I asked and she nodded." Stark what's wrong." I asked." Well since Kai is here he needs a room so I though your floor saying you're his guardian." He said." Okay so why do you need me." I asked." Because I need you help." He said." To do what cant you get a boy agent to help I a girl after all."I said ." I would but if I let the two boy agents in here they'd ask me about you." He said." Okay get my dad or Bruce or Steve to help." I said." Nope I need you to." He said." I arrived in my room and Kai and Sam were watching tv." Well doesn't this look fun." I said and they smiled." We're watching finding nemo wanna watch it with us." Kai asked." How about I go get some popcorn and icecream to eat while we watch it." I asked and they smiled again. I left the room and went to our kitchen grabbing a large tub of icecream, spoons and a bag of popcorn. I walked back to my room and got on the bed and we watched finding nemo and other Disney films. Until tony came in." Your rooms done wanna see it Kai." He said. I picked Kai up and we walked to the room which was next door to mine. I walked in and it looked so cute. I put Kai Down and he ran to the bed and jumped on it." This is amazing." I said. Sam sat down next to Kai and I knew me and her would look after this little boy." Miss Barton your mother wants you and Kai on the main floor." Jarvis said. He ran and jumped at me." Who was that was It a ghost?" He asked." No it stark's only friend and he created him." I said and he laughed." He is an assistant that runs through the tower." Stark said. I took Kai's hand and we walked to the elevator then to the main floor." Hey mum." I said and picked Kai up." Daisy said she thought it would be a good idea if you adopted Kai but your dads not to sure and its up to you two." She said." Kai how would you like me to be your mummy." I asked and he hugged me." Id love it." He said." Well its settled you're now a mother." My mum said. I carried Kai back to the elevator and took him to bed because he kept yawning." Goodnight Kai." I sang and he fell asleep. I left the room and went to the kitchen." Jarvis delete the recording tony just got of me singing." I said." I'm afraid I am not allowed." Jarvis said." Stark said as he walked into the main room on my floor." I said Id get Sam to virus him." I said and he looked shocked." She wouldn't ." He said." If she didn't I can and already have hacked into Jarvis." I said holding my phone up showing him." Damn agents." He said." Well I got my brains from my mum and I don't like people hearing me sing every agent has their secrets." I said." I'm going to check on Kai then go to bed." I said standing up. I walked into his room he wasn't there but his slippers where gone i walked to my room and he was asleep in my bed. I walked back into the front room." Stark I think he prefers my room." I said and went to bed myself.......
