Another year in this place, my name is Alan Roger's(America) I'm a Senior in UN Academy and of the well known jock or popular student in school. Nothing too interesting in my life just though i don't like the fact schooling here with 'relatives' I have my reasons, I can't help the fact that last year they all suspected of me with Pia's kidnapper or some sort.
Yea I hang out with her a lot but we were just friends, but the feelings I have for her are swallowing whole its stabbing me like a knife. As I regathered my thoughts, I saw something familiar in the distance, brown hair that reflects the sun, with those beautiful golden streaks, and those unique different color shades of brown eyes.
I thought it was her for a sec until I took a 2nd glance, it was a guy that looks exactly like her the only difference was gender. As I try to get a closer look i quickly hid as the guy turned too look at me. {'Sh1t, did he caught me looking at him?'} I said in my mind . I took a peak and saw he was gone with other two people.
{'That must be his roommates'} I tried to follow them, but a girl came and tried to confess to me.
She was Chinese, I quickly reject since I'm not into dating for awhile after my last 2 relationships, in my batch. She cried and ran, I felt really bad but this isn't the first time I've got confessed by others so I got used to it.
"That was rather upsetting and rude brother?" I turned around after realizing who's voice was. "Cane my little bro, what brings you here?" I asked as I look at him. Cane Roger's(Canada) he's my step brother my mom remarried with his dad when I was 10 while he was 9, It was lovely at first but Cane's Father cheated and move with his mistress and left Cane with us.
"Do you blame me? I'm trying to give myself a break here." I said looking at him "True can't blame you. I mean your popular here and-" "Hey what did we talk last night" I interrupted him before he get his own feelings hurt. "No matter how popular or well known your sibling is , your not his shadow and you will always be love by him. I know I know". I sighed in relief, showing how much I care for him.
"Lets go we don't want to miss the opening ceremony." I said to Cane trying to changed the subject, he nods a yes and we both walk together to downstairs.
A few minutes later...
Me and Cane went downstairs to the hallway leading the north section of the building where opening ceremony will take place, 2nd years stay on 2nd floor, 3rd years on 3rd floor, while fresh men 1st floor.
As we entered we noticed whispers and gossip every step me and my brother take, I didn't mind since It was fine, as we head to the railings o watch the event, an 'old friend' came. "Hola viejo amigo" , I turned, it was no other than Semoun Reyes(Spain) one of the popular students here, me and him have a rivalry some sort known for his bets and loses.
"So did you heard?" He said to me as he goes closer, "The pinoy girl that you were once with, the one that was missing last year, has a twin brother." I look shock and took a few steps back. He laughed noticing my expression, Cane see's this and took action Semoun laughed seeing this as his amusement.
"Oh my, what happened to the tough Americano jock, that is well known to be a player around these parts." he said mockingly, "Grow up Reyes! you said like you weren't a player at all in the first place, your just jealous that Pia's attention went to Alan instead of you!" Cane shouted, everyone who saw the situation became quiet the silence field the room. "I didn't know Alan's dog can speak, listen now you-" Before Semoun finished his speech Alan punch Semoun in the face, "Talk to my brother like that and Ill beat you like a pile of trash." A fight broke out between us that authorities and the student council tried they're best to stop the fight.
After the event me and Semoun went to detention, at the nurses office I was getting aid up until the look alike passed by and took noticed of me our eyes lock till the end of the door frame. "He really does look like Pia" I muttered to myself, the nurse noticed, "he really sure does, I heard that he's related to her. Poor boy he must be devastated after his own sisters disappearance" , she said out of pity.
I took interest after the nurse said, "Well their you go all bandage up, this is your first day Mr. Rogers and all ready got yourself detention, same goes to you Mr. Reyes" Miss Nurse, said that is when I realize that Reyes was also here to.
"It won't happen again miss nurse" Said reyes trying to maintaining his so called reputation. "You boys should go now, no more fights pls." "Yes, miss nurse" we both say it in the same time before heading off to the guidance office for our hour of detention.
As we walk there Semoun came close and said, "want to make a bet?" I was a bit shock and suspicious "why?" I said in unsure tone, noticed his b8tch a$$ smirk, "is it about the freshmen isn't it?" I asked, "correct, I didn't know how cunning you can be Rogers." He said mockingly. "Shut it, and no I don't want to do with you or your stupid threat, I'm not going to od the same mistake as last time." I said before heading to the guidance office first, "he'll be back, I'll just wait." he lowly chuckled and grinned to himself before heading to the office.
