The next few weeks went by boring. Nothing happened except insulting back and forth with Robert and heading out to work. Before I knew it, it was Spring break and I finally got a package from the States. Excited, I didn't wait until I got to my room to open it. I sat in the courtyard and eagerly opened the box.

"Finally! Jesse, I never doubted you." I laughed and held up my new mac that Jesse had sent me. I kissed it and laughed again, looking the box to find a letter from him. I set my mac gently back in the box and opened the letter.

Hey Girl!

Sorry this gift is two weeks late, maybe three if you get this on Spring break. I miss you! I can't wait to see you again! I have so much to tell you! And now finally, you can get on facebook! Oh, and surprise, surprise. I have tickets to London for Spring Break. I'll text you when I land, but when I find you, you need to tell me everything that happened. and I mean EVERYTHING. From when you landed to when I arrived. From the times you have been able to get on, you didn't tell me anything! Except there was a boy involved! Ooh La La. Tell me all about him when I get there. Oh, look at me already yammering on about Spring break. Happy Birthday! You're one year older than you were last year. You feeling eighteen yet? You should be. Ha! I hope you had a great birthday and that you made a lot of friends. Well, I should probably let you enjoy your new gift. I have it all set up for you. You're welcome, girlfriend! The password is gerretisadick. Thought I would have the pleasure to do that for you. Love you lots!

                                                                                                                   Your best and only friend,

                                                                                                                            Jesse

I rolled my eyes and laughed, shaking my head, putting the letter in my pocket and opening the computer and admiring it. I mean, I know I've had a mac before, but Fred had it, I think he might have busted it by now. I have my very own. I have to thank Jesse when he gets here. I typed in the password and smiled in humor, feeling eyes on me. I looked up at the doorway to go inside and saw Robert standing in the doorway, looking at me weirdly.

"Either you're happy about a gift from your parents or your boyfriend. My guess is the boyfriend." I rolled my eyes and closed the computer. I didn't want Robert anywhere near it as he walked up.

"I don't  have a boyfriend...anymore.." He smirked.

"Should stay that way." I scoffed as I stood up, gathering up my stuff.

"Says the guy that has no good looks whatsoever." He frowned.

"You take that back." I smirked at him as I walked up to him to pass him.

"What are you going to do? Insult me to death? You know you can't hurt me." I chuckled in victory as I walked past him to the door.

"Who's Gerret?" I froze and blinked, unable to breath. How did he find out?

"How do you know that name?" My voice betrayed me as I turned to face him. I saw him smirk.

"I have my ways." I gulped and looked around.

"Look, you either tell me or-"

"Or what? What are you going to do?" I started to feel uncomfortable. I can't believe even thousands of miles away from Gerret and he was still affecting my body. I need to get used to this. I have to get over it.
