FOX

1. The Lion's death.

September 28; 6.30 pm
Jack stared at the dead police officer, Leo. Jack had been working with him only for few months. They've solved many cases together. Jack had learnt many things from him. He is the one who taught me the truth, Jack thought. Leo's body was fully covered with blood. Leo was a 33-years old police inspector. He was a strict and a brilliant man and a bachelor. Jack was a 26-years old sub-inspector. One day ago, Leo and Jack were given an assignment to capture a killer who called himself 'FOX'. Leo took a special interest in this case. The lion had been killed, Jack thought.
Jack took out his pistol, loaded it and placed it on his own forehead. He pressed the trigger and a bullet went straight into his forehead. Jack fell down to his knees and died. After a few moments, many police officers rushed into the room with their guns in their hands.

September 28; 5.50 pm
Leo came to his apartment in his police car full of fear and tears rolling down from his eyes. He rushed into his house, took out a suitcase and started packing his things. "I must get out of this town or else Fox would kill me. Even lion fears sometimes", Leo said to himself. Rain was pouring outside. When Leo was packing his things, his phone rang. It was Jack who called. Leo was surprised to hear what Jack told him. "I found the killer, sir, and arrested him. I received information that the killer is hiding in an old abandoned factory. But...er...the killer is one of your friends. So you first come alone and have a look at him. The factory is located at BB road. Come to the second room on the 1st floor." said Jack. Before Leo could reply, the phone call ended. Leo informed the police department and asked for backup. After half an hour, three police cars entered silently into the factory. Jack's words echoed in his mind. "The killer is a friend of mine who already killed my three friends and now he wants to kill me", said Leo to himself. Leo decided to go alone into the factory and ordered the other police officers to cover the exits. Jack had asked him to come to the second room on the first floor. Leo entered the room but the room was empty. He heard footsteps behind him. He turned back and at the entrance of the room stood the killer with his gun. "FOX?!?!?" exclaimed Leo. The killer fired six bullets straight at Leo. Leo fell down to the floor and died. The officers outside heard the gunshots and rushed into the factory. One of the officers contacted Leo's mobile but no one answered the call. The officer called Jack. Jack said that he came searching for Leo to the ground floor. Jack went to the room. He entered the room and saw the dead officer. Jack stared at the dead police officer, Leo.

Leo was drinking a cup of coffee in a coffee shop when his phone rang. He looked at the phone and it was Albert who was calling. Albert was a businessman and a friend of Leo. Leo attended the phone and heard a voice which said "Fox has killed the elephant. Only the lion left." Leo knew that it was not definitely Albert's voice. It was the killer who spoke. Leo understood what the killer had said. The killer had killed Alfred and was coming to kill him. Leo became frightened and ran to his car. He started his car and raced it to his house. Leo came to his apartment in his police car full of fear and tears rolling down from his eyes.
