The Crush

You opened your eyes only to meet the bright sun rays, blinding you.

You ran a hand through your messy hair and looked around the room. Everything was simple, as simple as it had been the night before.
The couch was deserted with your bag on one side of it. Everything was pretty much simple which made you wonder whether last night was true.

It had been a reality though, you noticed that after seeing the rose on your night stand.
It was a reality which seemed like a dream. He was here last night. Justin was here.

It had been almost two years since you have been crushing on him. He was the most popular kid of the school who always managed to get the heart of girls.

You closed your eyes with a small smile dancing on your lips and remembered what happened yesterday.

He was here. He abruptly showed up after the Prom Night at your door. You lived alone, fortunately as you were the only one of your siblings who moved to America for further studies, two years back.
He surprised you to bits. You were casually dressed in your Pokemon Pajamas when he walked into your house after lightly chuckling on your appearance.

You walked to him and tried to ask him when he stopped you with placing his index finger on his lips.
He pulled out a red rose from the pocket of his jeans and neared you in small baby-like steps. You stood frozen and astonished as this was the thing you never expected in a million years.

"I-I couldn't stop thinking about you. You looked so beautiful tonight." He spoke up, his raspy voice reaching your ears like a sweet symphony.

You looked at him with wide eyes until he spoke what you believed was only possible in your wildest dreams.

"Would you be my girlfriend, Y/N?"

You opened your eyes and smiled at the memory of you saying "yes" and Justin abruptly kissing you after scooping your small and fragie body into his arms.
