My Story

chapter 1

I went out of the door as a voice shouted after me "where do you think you are going"sam questioned even though I knew she didn't real care about where I was going or what happened to me ." for a walk, I'm not going trough one of those stupid foster family things again they will bring me back in one or two months like they always do so I may as well stay with you .besides I'm 16 I only have 2years left until I can be from this place and away from the pain of being sent back here time after time again also... "
"They want to addopt you" she said cutting me off .i turned around to look at her and stood there with my hazel eyes wide open staring at her as my mind prossed the thought of finally having a home . I have been in this place since I can remember and now I will finally have a place to call home... For now anyway . I sigh and walk back to the annoying woman who pretends to care for me but just really wants me gone.She places her cold hand on my back and lightly pushed me in .she takes me into a room where a man and woman stood.I took a moment to take in their apperence.the man had black raven hair that was sliked back with gell and black trousers and suit and a whit shirt , he had warm green eyes and pinky read lips. The woman had on a grey dress that dropped down to her knees the dress fitted her perfectly. Her hair was a dirty blond colour that was almost like a brown ,she had icy blue eyes and she had on a bright red lip stick. Both of them were quit pale many that were a bit ill or just hated the sun. The mam walked over to me and spoke"hello may I'm Mr. Thomas "
"Hello " I said nervously
" james.stop being so formal can't you see your scaring the poor thing " the woman stated. I wasn't scared by him a bit intimidated but not scared to be honest I was quite happy they seemed so nice and I was finally getting out of this freak show. " sorry love I get formal when I am nervous , call me James " he spoke with an apologetic tone . he slightly nuged the woman next to him and she looked at James with condition accros her face then realization sparkled in her eyes and looked at me. "And I'm Amelia love" speaking with a smile accros her face and I smiled back at them. Sam looked down at me and told me to go pack up everything and to do it quickly . I ran up the stares with a smile spred across my face I didn't have that much stuff to pack because I had grown out of a lot of my clothes recently and I threw the really warn ones out and given the other children here who wanted them . I was going to go this weekend to get some but I didn't have much money and Sam took my weekly money away for a month because I was sent sack 2 the past two months so she said deserved it. I grabbed the few clothes in my wardrobe and folded them as quick as possible and put them in my sutecase . I never really unpack my stuff in case I get fostered again . I always leave the few baby pictures I have of me but I always take out the picture of my parents, and I also leave the things I don't need out but want to keep in my suitcase too. I Finnish packing and placed my suitcase on the floor and sit on it to try and make it easier to close .After I had closed it I heard a light nock on the door."come in"I said and James entered "is everything alright do you need any help with anythin" he said softly . "I just finished " he held out his has gesturing for me to give him my suitcase I was slightly hesitant for a second but gave it to him. We started to walk down the creaky steps as Amelia waited for us at the bottom . Sam held open the door and my new adoptive parents walked out . Sam stood in front of me and bent down stlightly to my level and gave me a hug something she has never done before. "If you come back here again I will make sure that you survive of nothing but bread and walter for tree days "Sam said in a harsh tone and I stood back and gave her a salute and she just laughed sarcasticly. I walked past her and over to my new adoptive family and gave them the biggest smile I have made and they smiled back .James opened the door of a beautiful black hyundai and gestured for me to get in . I didn't hesitate I jumped right in and Amelia walked around to the passenger seat .James put my suitcase in the boot then walked over to the drivers seat and then he started to drive of. It was silent in the car driving to my new home but it wasn't a uplesant silence it was peaceful . Amelia turned around to look at me " oh sorry love for not mentioning this earlier but we also have a some the same age as you called Sam" um they didn't tell me about that what if he doesn't like me what will I do then I would be living under a roof with a adoptive brother who hates me. I can pictures it now at breakfast him glaring at me as if telling me to die and then at school he tells everyone bad stuff about me then I will have no friends and I will be alone in the toilets crying into my food and shuving it in my mouth to stop me from loudly gasping . ah I wonder what food they will do at school I hope they will have my favorite stuff . may stop going of topic I look up at Amelia to see her looking at me with a concerned expretion and I give her a reassuring smile and she smiled back and turned around.I bet he won't be that bad. I had been thinking so much that I hadn't even noticed that we had aravied until James opened my door. I got out with wide eyes as I looked at their beautiful house it was a huge old styled house in a cream colour with flowers in the front garden creating a path up to the door there were no other houses in sight it was silent with the now and again tweet of a bird or two. I turned around to see that we had driven trough a forest . the light shone through the trees in a way that I had only seen in pictures this my my dream house and there was no way I wanted to go back to that rundown old place after just seeing this . We walked into the amazing house and Amelia called out "Sam" I heard a door open and close as my body tensed and I saw a boy walk down the long stair case and stopped right in front of me with a smile on his face "hi" I relaxed a little as I awnsere "hi I'm may"
