My Story

chapter 3

I woke up to see that sam had already left . I climbed out of bed and walked over to my wardrobe and got out some randome clothes and went in the toilet to get dressed and redue my makeup for school. Yesterday Amelia told me that I would start school today and I would be in the same school as sam and might be in a few of his classes.  I pulled my blond hair up into a ponytail so people can see my hazel eyes. As I went back into my bed room I heard a nock on my door I opened it and sam was standing I front of me. "Brecfast is out so come down when your ready" "I am now " I close the door behind me and we both walk down to breakfast together. Sam walked into the dinning room first and I followed him and my eyes when wide with shock as I entered. There was what looked like a buffet of breakfast food. I glanced over and my gaze stopped as I looked at the waffles. Sam followed my gaze to the waffles grabbed a plate and put two on . "do you like honey" I love honey I put it on everything that I could, in the orfanage you weren't allowed to have things like honey ,but I would always go out and buy it when I could but I would always give some the the yongers children. I had a soft spot for them I suppose ,that or its because they would stare at me with wide innocent eyes until I did. I smiled slightly as sam walked over to the jar of honey ."I'll take that as a yes" he said with a little laugh . I sat down at the table and started to eat when a girl came in and  sat next to sam. The way sam was talking to her I believe she was his friend I picked up on her name maria. I gave her a little smile and she looked at me as if I was something she needed to get rid of , and soon as she could. More people came in after I believe that they work for Amelia and James. They grabbed some food and sat down on the long table but on the other side to me ,sam and maria. I told sam that I needed to go the the toilet as quietly as possable and he noded then told me out the door to the right two doors down . after I came out the door I felt a strong grip arroun my neck sqeesing tighter . I was then thrown up agenst the wall and pinned me there by my throte . "stay away from sam , he's mine " I look at her in shock how did she have so much strength ,she had a small frmae and looked verry skinny , come to think of it she didnt get anything to eat this morning. She had green eyes and unatural blond hair, I could tell it was unatural because she had brown roots showing . she slamed me agents the wall agen. "How can I " I said knowing that I was making her mad. "I lived in the same house as him I go to the same school as him and for crists sake im his addoptive sister." She let go of my neck and she walked back to the dinning room I a huph . I stayed there for a moment trying to prosses what just happened in my head then I walk back into the dinning room and sat back down . It was a awkward silence for a while then sam nudged me slightly under the table with his foot and started pulling stupid faces at me and I tried I real did try to not laugh, but I couldn't help it I burst out laughing and it was the strangest laugh h I had ever done. All heads swung around to me and I sunk down in my chair full of embarrassment I looked at sam who was trying not to laugh then glanced over at maria who was staring at me her eyes boiling with rage then I see her eyes flikker red . red? It can be I guess that I am still half asleep. I finished my waffles then sam got up and handed me a red and black backpack and we leave the room. When we get out the front door I punched sam playfully "why the hell did you do that for ?" I asked. "You looked like something was playing on your nerves so I thought you needed to laugh." He started to laugh slightly " god did you look pissed at me " sam said in between laughing . I couldn't help it I started to laugh with him . I felt like someone was watching me so my head spun around behind me to see maria glaring at me . sam turned around then looked at me with a conserened look an his face. I gave him a little smile then I continued to walk to school with sam next to me.
