Rules and Conditions of the Book Club

Conditions!

Hi! If you are reading this, you must want to join the club. Please read these conditions and rules. After you have read them and you would like to apply please follow this account, and pm saying you'd like to join.

CONDITION 1) You must be able and willing to read books out of your comfort zone. That means if you like romance but the book of the week is historical fiction, you still have to show your support and read it. You must also leave a comment on how you liked or disliked it and if you disliked it don't be a total ass and tell the author how they suck and should go kill themselves. We are not here to pull anyone down but help each other as fellow writers and support. We are here to help each other grow as writers and make everyone feel included.

CONDITION 2) You must vote at least ONCE on every story, just to show your support for their story. Any other votes are entirely up to you, we do not want to force anyone into just giving out votes for things they do not necessarily want to vote on. This benefits everyone, we believe, and voting once isn't too harsh or forceful. We want our writers to feel appreciated.

CONDITION 3) You have to be willing to make friends or in the very least be kind to people. This book club is not here for the petty drama and ignorance. We are here as dedicated writers who are concerned and willing to help ourselves and fellow writers prosper here on Wattpad. If you know you are the type to start petty bullshit than this is not the place for you. Don't enter if you know you will end up leaving. 

CONDITION 4) DO NOT USE US FOR YOUR LIKES COMMENTS AND READS. If you enter our club solely to get a certain amount of reads,votes and comments and than end up leaving to because you have gotten what you wanted . Than I personally will come after your story and than report you over and over and over to Wattpad. I am not kidding. It is like to go into someone else's house as a guest eat and take everything and than leave. That is not only disrespectful but also hurtful to the members who dedicated their time to read,vote and comment on your stories but to us as the presidents. Who are the ones who let you in and than you just used us and left. THIS IS A BIG NO NO.

CONDITION 5) IF you have joined the thread of me making book covers in return that you join this book club I suggest you read and digest all the conditions and ask yourself is this book cover worth it? If so than you have to comply to all the conditions. Because once you are in you can never leave. LOL NAHHHHHH. If you join and something important happens in your life and you cant be on Wattpad just inform me or @contoursandhooligans. We will be understanding. We get that people have a life.

CONDITION 6) Once you are finished reading that week's story, you are to message us to say you completed and we will then check that you voted once and commented at least once. If you do not comply or LIE (we hate liars) we will give you a strike and your discretion will be announced to the rest of the members. Three strikes and you are removed from the club.

CONDITION 7) Once every week we will all join a thread to discuss the week's book and announce the next week's book. This you must go to, we will post the link to the discussion on our page every week. You may miss up to four threads, but after that you will be removed from the club. (We will simply unfollow you and if you choose to harass us we will block you.) 

CONDITION 8) You also must follow this account of course, but we won't force you to follow each other. Once we have followed you back, that means you are officially a member of the club!
