Blinding Light

The Bedroom

I looked up into his grey eyes. He smiled down at me. He leaned in and softly but passionately kissed me. I stood on my tipy-toes just to somewhat be level with him. Then I realized he was tugging on me towards the bedroom. I was fighting against it but then I stopped. I let him lead me to the bedroom.

  "Sorry, I just wanted some privacy I don't like PDA," he explained, closing the bedroom door. I blushed. I never thought of that. Honestly I never really cared much about it. I sat down on the bed with him following behind. He slowly sat beside me and held my hand. I looked down at our hand thinking of how perfect they looked together. 

  "Wren," Gray said softly. "I know we don't even know each other, but I feel like I knew you forever. Like we were best friends in the past but then separated from some sort of evil force or something." I knew that, that made no since but it sort of did at the same time. I smiled at him in response.

   "I feel the exact same, Gray." I squeezed his hand lightly then kissed him on the cheek. I stood up, "So what are we gonna do in here?" He looked up at me and his pale cheeks turned light pink. How adorable.

  "Um I don't know. What ever you want," he said. Not very picky, huh? I took his hand then jumped on the bed. He gently laid himself of the bed and moved the hair out of my face.

  "Hi," I said breaking the silence. He smiled at me, "Hey." I moved closer to him and wrapped my arms and legs around him. He put one hand on my hip and pulled me closer and kissed me passionately. I pulled away from the kiss and looked at his tired eyes.

   "You need sleep." I really am regretting my choice of pulling away. I started rubbing his hand with my thumb.

    "I know, I know," he complained. He rubbed his eyes and laid his head on my stomach. I started rubbing the side of his face. Soon you could hear little snores escaping his mouth. They were very quiet.. Soothing somehow. Slowly I started to fall asleep. 

  I guess we were a thing in the past...
