"Seajay, you there?" I say into the darkness. "Seajay?"
"I'm here. Do you need anything?" she asked me quietly.
She was the only one that treated as a human since the man in red left me here a couple days ago. He did end up blinding again so I can't even tell if it's even day.
"Why hasn't he returned? Why am I still here? I'm not a threat to anyone."
"I'm sorry, but the answer is still the same. We run this community as a group and everyone needs to be here when we make choices."
"Please. I'm begging. I don't even know where I am, what I'm wearing, the color of the chains that bind me. Please. Can you at least give me my sight again?"
"I'm really sorry, but I can't do that. If you'll excuse me I have work to do."
"What do you have to do?"
I hear a door close and I'm left in silence again.

Isabelle"Macro." I say out loud.
"Seajay?" he says weakly.
"No, she left to find our leader. I'm Isabelle, but people call me Izzie for short."
I take a couple steps forward into the light and gasp. He was in horrible condition. Macro was forced to his knees and his ankles were shackled to the floor. He had no shoes and his pants were tattered. His shirt was torn leaving his chest exposed. His black hair a mess and covered in dust. His arms were forced behind him because they were shackled to the stone wall. He was in a horrid condition.
"Do you want some water or some food?" I asked him.
"Yes, please." he says weakly.
"I'll be right back."
"Thank you."
I walk outside and head to my home to grab some bread and cheese. I make sure the coast is clear and bolt back to the building and head downstairs.
"I'm back." I say quietly.
He smiles.
"I'll give you back your sight, so you can eat, okay?"
He nods slowly and looks down. I open the cell door and set the keys on the table as I remove the spell. He looks up at me and I gasp. His eyes are a deep shade of purple with flecks of black going through out I his eyes.
"What's wrong?" he says quietly.
"Nothing." I say to him as I unchain his hands allowing him to eat.
He rubs his wrist to help relieve some pain. He looks up and smiles at me.
"Thank you, Isabelle."
I smile and walk back to my home. As I close the door I let a breath I didn't even realize I was holding in.
Amazing. I think to myself. He is something else I could feel the magic coming off of him.
Shouting tears me away from my thoughts and I look out of my window realizing in shock that I left the keys on the table and he was on the run. I turn my head to see Gideon running after him holding a golden dagger as his familiar ran along side him. He finally catches up with Macro and tackles him to the ground. Gideon then gives him a sleeping solution, I think because he stops moving after a couple minutes. His familiar, a small black cat with blue eyes, swats at Macro's head and hisses.
"Enough." I hear Gideon say, his cat turns hisses at him in response.
He carries the unconscious Macro back into the cell and locks him in there. Gideon sees me in the window as he leaves the building and waves, I turn away from him and spend the rest of the day sulking and refusing to come outside for anyone.
