I see this random guy leaning next to me while I'm getting my books I need for my next class."May I help you?"I ask."Yeah the names Jason what's yours pretty lady?"he asked.Is he trying to flirt with me? "Laney"I said trying to hide my fear."How bout you,me,at belchies?"This guy looks a bit older than me."I'm kinda busy all day"I lied.I just want to get this guy away from me.
"Aw come on, just have some fun."he said and lifted my chin to look at him."Can you just leave me alone?"I said.Then he pushed me against a locker and is in my face."We can do this the easy way or the hard way."He whispered.I had tears streaming down my face.So I just said nothing as a no."Then I just waited for the worst to come but nothing came.I opened my eyes to see Jason knocked out on the floor and someone in front of me.It was Corey.
Coreys pov:
I went to the bathroom for a few minutes and I see my rival Jason push Laney against .Good thing my punch was strong enough to knock him out.I turn around to see Laney in tears looking at me.I was about to say something until she hugged."Thank you."she said and cried in my chest.All I did was rub her back."You're Welcome"Was all I said.MR.RIFFIN.Oh No.I turned around to see the principal standing next to the unconscious Jason,tapping his foot."It's the first day of school and you already knocked out someone,You're coming with me."He said and wrist pretty hard.I tried hard to not show the pain but Laney could already see it."But I didn't even do anything!"I said.Then suddenly he stopped.I looked to see Laney in front of him."He didn't start anything.This guy was trying to make me go on date with him but Corey was only trying to to protect me."she explained.He thought of it for a moment and let me go."Well you were trying to help a friend so I'll help let you off the hook Riffin."he said then walked away.Laney jumped up and hugged me."Thanks"I said."Think of it as a thanks for helping me with that jerk and is your wrist ok?I pulled up my sleeve to see my wrist a little red . I'll be fine,lets get to class.She nodded and we walked.
Jasons pov:
I woke up to find myself on the hall floors.Last the I remembered was getting Laney to be mine then it was justa blur.Then I spot a piece of blue hair.Then I knew who knocked me out."Riffen"I muttered then took out my phone and called a few friends to help me take down Corey.
