Freedom (ON HOLD)

chapter 6

I sat there in shock when I realized what had just happened. Draco Malfoy had kissed me. "I-I-I'm sorry, if I had known you didn't fee-" I cut him off by kissing him again. "It's ok" I whispered.

Draco smiled hugely. "So can I ask you on a date?" I pretended to think about it for a second. "Why of course Mr. Malfoy."

"Promise?"

"Promise."

We kissed again. "When?" I asked him. "How about later today, around 7:00?" I smiled at him. "Of course!"

"OMG THAT WAS ADORABLE!" Astoria gushed as she took off her disillusionment charm as well as Jolie and Bianca.

Our heads snapped up immediately. "How long were you here?" I asked, scared that they had heard my conversation with Draco.

"Long enough to see you two kissing!" Bianca said.

I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding. "I have to go to class" I told Draco, he had a free period now.

"Sure, bye" He pecked me on the lips, making me turn red and the three girls squeal. I rolled my eyes and laughed a bit.

Sometimes I wondered how I became friends with these weirdos but then I realize that without them, I have no friends. Well, there goes the option of ditching them.

We walked out of the common room and I went to double potions alone as they didn't have this class.

This was actually one of the few classes that I had with Ginny.

I took a seat near the back and waited for Slughorn to come. A random Slytherin boy sat next to me.

"Why, aren't you looking hot today!" he told me. I was going to kill him. If there was one thing that I hated more than my parents, it was flirts. They annoyed the crap out of me.

I decided to ignore him. "Can I have the directions?"

"Class hasn't started yet."

"Must you ruin everything?"

"Yes" I said shrugging.

He sighed. "There are 21 letters in the alphabet right?"

I just rolled my eyes.

"Sorry, I must've missed U R A Q T"

That was it. I took out my wand and pointed it at his face. "Say one more thing and I'll hex your mouth shut" I growled.

"As long as I can see you I'm ok with it."

Not only did I hex his mouth shut but also his eyes. "Now that's a lot better isn't it?" I told him.

Slughorn came in and banged his hand on the desk. "NO SLEEPING IN CLASS" The kid kept his eyes shut.

"NOTT!" Slughorn's hand twitched as if he wanted to slap him.

"Sorry sir, I hexed his mouth and eyes shut." Slughorn sighed but shrugged. "He had it coming" he muttered.

He went to the front of the class and asked some Gryffindor to take him to the hospital wing. I tried not to laugh.

The Gryffindor would only put more hexes on that Nott kid, not take him to the hospital wing. But something tells me that Slughorn already knew that.

"Today we'll be making polyjuice potion. It will be finished by next class as I will cast a spell to speed up the process. But it will only last for 30 minutes instead of a whole hour. You will not be able to keep your potions as polyjuice is forbidden here at Hogwarts. You may begin! AND DONT CHEAT OFF YOUR PARTNER!"

I started making the polyjuice. It was pretty easy as I had already made it once before. You might want to hear this story but don't judge, I was curious.

I put my hand over Ginny's mouth and quickly placed a silencing charm on her as well as a full body bind curse. "Now be very quiet, it's finally done. All I need is a strand of your red hair." She looked at me with wide, fearful eyes. "I had hair like yours once, in fact, I was very much like you." I took one of her hairs and watched as my potion turned red. "Red means bravery" I told her. "Too bad it also stands for blood." I drank the potion and conjured a mirror to look at myself. It looked exactly like Ginny. Perfect. "Now what to do with your body?" I said as I circled around her. "I wouldn't mind throwing it off a bridge but your family might need you. After all, you are the only girl." I decided on putting her in the shower and made her invisible. "See you later Ginny." I left the bathroom and closed the door. "Oh Ginny! There you are dear!" Weasley Lady told me. She didn't deserve "mom" or even "Molly." I hugged her back. "C'mon, dinner's ready." It made me mad that she acted as if I didn't exist. Like if I was never a part of the family. Like I was never disowned. I ate my food quickly and as much as I hate to say it, it was delicious. "Excuse me." I stood up and went over to the bathroom as my hair started to turn back. "Did you miss me?" I asked her. I took off all of the spells on her and quickly cast "Obliviate" before I jumped out the window and apparated.
