"Molly! What time is it?" A somewhat worried voice asked from behind the tower of boxes labelled with various medical tools.

"Almost six," Molly Hooper replied. She pressed her lips into a thin line, rubbing her lipstick together.

"Hmph. Can I come back tomorrow? This really is very important." A head of greasy ebony curls popped up from behind the barricade.

Molly giggled nervously, "Measuring the decay of human tongues after death is important?"

The woman behind the boxes rolled her  olive eyes. "Molly, please refrain from--did you put lipstick on?"

"Oh. I, uh, refreshed it a bit."

"You have it on your teeth," the woman blinked and strutted towards the door as Molly rubbed frantically at her front two teeth with the pad of her finger.

"I'll be here tomorrow at seven AM sharp! At least keep the lab doors unlocked." The woman winked before she disappeared into the hallway.

Molly sighed; she was far too head over heels in love with Sherlock Holmes.
