Okay. Nearly done. Come on liv todays gonna be fine. You look great and nothing bad is gonna happen. You've got this. After applying makeup to the rest of my face, I grab my mac lipstick and quickly apply it to my lips, a quick spray of dry shampoo and a spritz of my ariana grande perfume and im nearly ready. I grab my phone from my desk and put on my new bomber jacket grab my hype backpack and leave.
Today came too fast really. I actually regret now how much time i spent doing nothing and just sitting there on my phone when i could of been having fun with everyone else. Come to think of it i barley even took any photos of this summer holiday. At least I never had to wake up at 6am every day and walk to school. I could sleep in till half 10 at least and wake up to sun filling the room whereas this morning it was practically still dark.
My phone goes off and i see that jake text me,
*Hey! wait for me:)*
We've been best friends since we were 9 and with our other Best friend katie who we met on the same day and we've all been inseparable ever since!
I wait for him to come round the corner and we walk on to meet katie,
"Good summer then?" I say
"Okay I suppose. At least going to Turkey helped me catch a tan, It would have been better if you and katie came though!"
"At least you did something!" I say back"Ive sat on the sofa watching so many films theres no point in me owning netflix anymore!"
"Haha" jake says "suppose thats true!"
At this point katie comes round the corner dressed flawless as usual! She walks over and literally jumps onto us and hugs us until we nearly fall over.
"IVE MISSED YOU ALL SO MUCH!" She says. We laugh and carry on walking to school side by side. I smile and then realise the summer holidays are now over. The school year is starting all over again but its my final year.
