Chapter 3

Ashton's P.O.V.

"Where the hell is Luke he's almost 10 minutes late" I practically screamed and next thing you hear is stomping down the stairs

"There he is late as usual" I said while rolling my eyes "You do realize we have to perform at a party in a few hours right?"

"Yes I know, I'm sorry" Luke said while getting his guitar

"Wait whoa whoa whoa whoa" Michael yelled "What the hell is wrong with you? Did you just apologize? Are you feeling alright? Do we need to call an ambulance?" My chin is like down to my knees because I didn't realize he apologized until Michael pointed it out.

"Umm well something happened but lets forget it okay? We need to prac- SHIT" Luke shouted, I'm getting sick of this yelling but I'm interested in what Luke has to say

"Whats up man?" Calum asked

"I forgot to-It totally slipped my mind- I just ran off-UGHHH" Luke is trying to manage getting his words out but is failing miserably

"Dude calm down and start over" I said trying to get what he has to say out so we can practice

"Well on my way here I was running because I was going to be late but I saw this girl walking and she looked so beautiful and peaceful and I started talking to her-ugh- I should have invited her to the party but it totally slipped my mind" Luke put his head in his hands after explaining

"Did you at least get her name?" Michael asked looking like he was about to fall out of his seat

"Noooo..." Luke said sighing very, very loud

Luke's P.O.V.

God dammit I'm so stupid I was to lost in her beauty to think straight. I just left her there while she was still processing what I said, I never even got her name or even told her mine. I wonder what she's thinking right now. Maybe she knew about the party already? Hopefully because I need to see her again, I need to get to know her, I need her in my life and that's all I know as of right now besides the fact that I am a huge idiot.

Riley's P.O.V.

I got home 15 minutes ago and I can't get that boy out of my mind. He was very cute and the way he looked at me gave me butterflies. His smile made me melt and when he called me beautiful I felt like I was going to faint. But then he ran off. Why'd he leave? Why'd he run instead of walk? Did I do something wrong? I'm hoping I bump into him again, maybe we'll be going to the same school, that would be nice.

*bzzzzz bzzzzzz* who's texting me now?

Hey Ash! I thought you had band practice??

Ashton
Well yes we were but Luke is freaking out about some girl he had a short conversation with and he keeps saying he's stupid and shit because he doesn't even know here name

I don't know this Luke kid but he seems really sweet.  I can't wait to meet him and Michael at the party, I just really hope that they accept me like Calum and Ashton did

Hahaha that sucks I can't believe he didn't get her name! He must have been to caught up in her appearance or something because that's what most guys only look for in a girl lol no offense or anything

Lol non taken Riles. Is it alright if I call you that? You called me Ash so I was just like why not lol but anyways yea Luke can be somewhat of a jerk sometimes when he's upset or doesn't get something he wants but he's never this obsessed over a girl. Normally he'd just shag 'em and leave but maybe the girl he met will change his ways

Well that would be cool if she was able to change him for the good. Guess you guys will have to set me up with Michael now lol

Ashton
I guess we will but just to warn you he's quite obnoxious and he loves to dye his hair

Lol Really?! I've never actually met a guy that loves to dye his hair also what time are you picking me up?

Ashton
About 15 minutes so we can get there by 8

Alright sounds good now no texting and driving!!! I'm kind of scared to meet Michael and Luke... What if they don't like me?

Ashton
Don't worry they'll love you and trust me if they didn't like you I would force them to

I'm leaving now so be ready in 15!!

Okay bye Ash

Oh my god I hope I look okay I'm wearing my blink 182 t-shirt with black shorts and black vans. I don't dress like sluts do because I'm not an attention whore like them and so far I've gotten 3 guys to talk to me without my ass or boobs hanging out. Shit i forgot to ask my mom about the party!

"MOM!!!!"

"RILEY!"

"Don't copy me" I said as I ran down the stairs towards my mom who was sitting on the couch.
"Remember those guys I told you about that I met at Starbucks?"

*flashback*
"Mom so I went o Starbucks like you said and when I got there this guy named Ashton bumped into me because his friend Calum pushed him and once that happened we talked for a while until they had to leave to go to band practice and yea that was my day I think I'm gonna go decorate my room now just to get stuff done" I made sure to leave out the part about the boy I met on the street because I didn't know his name and I know my mom would freak, and also asking about the party at that moment totally slipped my mind

"Sweetie that's great I'm glad you're making friends already! And okay just make sure you don't put to much junk on your walls" she started laughing knowing that I wouldn't listen to her about the posters and it's true I'm going to put up as many as I want.

*flashback*

"Well they asked me to go to a party tonight and I wanted to know if I can go so please can I go please please plea-"

"Of course honey go have fun I'll most likely be asleep when you get home but have a fun time I love you"she smiled

*Ding dong*

"Who's that?" She asked

"It's Ashton one of the boys I met earlier who's giving me a ride to the party and I love you too" I said as I walked out the door

Ash and I got in the car and started driving off its about a 10 minutes drive is what he said

"So where's the rest of the guys" me being all nosy

"They're going to meet me/us there because they have to get all the equipment and I didn't feel like helping" we both laughed at that and I just found it funny because anyone of them could have picked me up but it was Ashton

"Andddddddddd we're here" ash giggled as he was turning the street

"Wow. That stretched out word wasn't annoying at all" as I glanced at him

"I know right because I know how to rock it" he said and we both jus stared at each until we burst into laughter "alright let's go in. Ready?"

"As ready as I'll ever be" I said while taking in a deep breath
