But if the person has a Magic Item that boosts mana recovery, it gets reduced to 1 minute and 30 seconds...
And based on what the Priest from the Blacksmith Shop told me, wearing more than one Magic Item that boosts mana recovery doesn't work...
I mean...
I don't have enough funds to check it for myself...
But even if that wasn't true, then people would be walking around with multiple Magic Items that boost mana recovery to ensure that they will never run out of mana...

Anyhow...
As I was saying...

Add a Magic Item with a boosts mana recovery Magic Effect, it becomes 1 mana point every 1 minute and 30 seconds...
Now that I have [Halo], it's 1 mana point every 1 minute...
The [Halo] Class Magic spell comes with an active and passive effect. The active effect is its charm-like effect on whoever looks at it. However, the charm-like effect only works if the owner of the spell has a higher Magic Force compared to the target or targets. Meanwhile, for the passive effect, it was the boost mana recovery.
