screw mondays

I got up early Monday morning ready for my midterms. I had studied when andrew and I were not 'together'. And a little over the past weekend. I was nervous, feeling a bit unprepared which was unlike me. I went downstairs to find Andrew waiting there. "Hey babe why are you here? " I whispered. "To take you to school" he said. "Oh okay well lemme just grab so-" he cut me off. "Don't worry about breakfast, I got you" he said and I smiled, taking his hand.

"I'm gone" I yelled before leaving the house. I got into his car and we soon ended up at a little place called Starbucks. I squealed a little, smelling the aroma it brought. "Geez girl Calm down" he chuckled. There was a bit of a line, so to kill time I talked to Andrew.

"So how's college treating you?" I asked him. "Good AU isn't too overbearing to the point of 'I hate college'". "That's good" i said. "How's senior year treating you" he asked me hugging my waist. "Good, I have midterms today" I sighed a little. "You'll do well as always" he said. "And you know that how?" I turned a little to look up at him. "Derek talks about you every so often about how proud he is of you and stuff" he said hesitantly, as if debating whether he should tell me. "Oh" I smiled.

"Next" the lady called and I nearly ran to her counter. "Can I my usual With a sausage and cheese English muffin" I told her. "I'll just have an iced coffee with caramel around the cup" Andrew said, taking out his wallet. "I got it" I told him, handing her my gold card.

I go there alot so they already know my order and probably have my card memorized. "The usual" Andrew said mocking me. "Yes the usual" I said mocking him back. "You are something else baby girl " my heart fluttered at the name he calls me. "I love it when you call me that" I blurted. " I know" he smiled, going to get our drinks and my sandwich. "Here you go" he handed me my bag.

I started to eat my sandwich before went even got to the car. It was so good. When I got into his car, I took my last bit, washing it down with my frappe. Andrew started drivinh, one hand on the wheel while the other hand held his drink he was sipping. We pulled up to my school and I gave andrew a kiss goodbye. It was going to be a simple but Andrew had other plans. His tongue slipped in my mouth, swirling. I pulled away, not wanting to be late.

"Sweet" he licked his lips. "Oh god" I blushed, getting out the car, walking away. I should've known better then to not do that because seconds Later there was a hand on my elbow. I turned around and it was katie. I thought it was going to be andrew I thought, disappointed. "Goodbye baby girl. I have a surprise for you after school" he kissed my cheek while my head was turned. "Bye Andrew " I smiled. He was something else.

I walked into class still locked onto Katie's arm. "Good luck" she told me."Thanks you too" I smiled at her. I was in for a long day.

♡5 hours later♡

Thank god I was getting out early since I finished my tests. I only had to take 2 but they were brutal. They wouldn't have been if i would've studied more, but I'm sure i did fine. Somebody wrapped their arms around me and I screamed. It was Jake. "You scared me" I slapped his chest. "And who might this be" Andrew's arm slung over my shoulder. "This is my best friend , Jake" I pointed. "Hi I'm jake, jarrod's boyfriend" he said and I tried to stop him from saying that, but it was too late. "Jarrod who?" Andrew raised an eyebrow. "Jarrod D-" I cut him off, subtly. "Babe let's go I'm a little tired" I pushed him towards the car. "Okay" he said, shrugging.

Luckily, Andrew was a little dumb at times I needed him to be. "Well I bought you some clothes for our little date we're going on" he smiled. I started freaking out. "I don't even look cute, I didn't put any makeup on today, I didn-" he cut me off with a gentle kiss on my sweet spot. "Okay I'll shut up" I moaned. "You're beautiful and I don't want to hear another word about it" he said, putting the car in drive.

He drove a dance studio downtown called, Black Magic Dance Studio. I know because I used to dance here when I used to actually be fun. "Are we dancing" I smiled. He nodded.

He parked and I grabbed the clothes he got for me in the back. I walked in and smelled the welcoming familiarity of this place. "Riley Couture, it's been too long" the owner, my 'Aunt' Theresa hugged me. "I know. I'm here with my really good friend, Andrew" I pointed to him. "Ohhhh hhs rileyyyysss gotta black boyy-" I clamped my hand over her mouth. "Shhhhh" I told her. "Can we have my old studio" I asked her, crossing my fingers. "Sure go ahead it's open" she nudged me and andrew.

I opened it and started remeber in all the good times I had here. I changed behind the black curtain. I looked in the mirrors and smiled in satifaction. Andrew picked out a black crop top with Adidas joggers. I came out to find him shirtless. Even after the many times I've seen him shirtless, it still makes me weak.

"Okay so I'm going to show you a dance and try to follow me" he said and I nodded. He turned on the music and I immediately recognized the tune as ordinary people by John legend. He started slow then picked up the pace just a little bit. I watched the moves and picked them up without moving. "Got it?" He asked and I nodded. "How about you start dancing and I'll follow making this more of a duet" I said thinking of an amazing combination.

He started dancing and I joined him. After the first 16 count I was up against the wall and he held my hands above me. Then I moved over, smacking his hand down. He moves to where I am and lifts me up spinning me once before putting me down. I stare in his eyes and before I know it we're kissing.

"Dancing with you is the most fun I've had in a while" he told me. "I can say the same thing" I said taking a gulp of water. "Shall we go again babygirl" he extended his hand. "We shall" I took his hand, him twirling me.

A/n asfsjkslsdgsg I love this chapter since this is 1000+ words it kinda counts as two chapters so yayyyy anyway
