-Lacie's POV-
"Good Morning Lace!" Liam walks in just as I'm getting my purple dress zipped up. My hair is pretty much just gone now, so I throw on a my purple beanie like I said I would. I jump into my purple toms and look at myself in mirror. I look really different then a month ago. My long brown hair was gone. I could see my my bones practically through my skin. I don't know why Liam is still hanging around with me. I'm really gross looking in my opinion. I'm not saying everyone here looks gross. It's just me. Lilly is actually really cute. I turn around and hug Liam. "Are you ready love?" I nod and grab my purse. "You look beautiful."
"Thanks anyway Liam." I smile and hold his hand as we walk out the room. "See ya Lil." I say to Lilly as she's making her way to breakfast. I woke up early this morning and got my breakfast. I'll probably sleep in the car on the way to the filming. I fall asleep all the time. It's not like I mean to. I'm just so tired. We finally get down to his car and I sit back in the seat. This will be a long two hour drive.
"Wake up love." He shakes my arm and I see line of people entering the studio. I suddenly gain the excitement back. I sit up and fling the door open.
"Thank you so much for taking me Liam!" I say as the line moves and we walk to the end. A lot of people notice that Liam is standing next to me. I fix my beanie and look down. A few girls came up to Liam and he took a few pictures. I was fine with that even though he apologized profusely. The line moved and we were finally in the studio. We find our seats which are actually pretty close to the 'stage'. Liam lays his hand on my knee and we talk about various things. For some reason it still looked like he knew something I didn't. "Is there something else?" I ask and he shakes his head.
"Not at all. This is it." he says and grins.
"Don't lie. I know there's something." I say just as a crew member comes up and starts talking to Liam about something. "Liam tell me!" He shakes his head. He whispers something to the man and he leaves. I sit and pout for a good five minutes before I realize it wouldn't do anything. He wasn't going to tell me no matter how hard I begged.
The music starts about an hour later and Ellen comes out and I smile up at Liam.
"Welcome thank you! I just love England! London especially! It's amazing here! today is sort of a special show for me. It's a very surprising for a lot of people and I can't wait." She starts. She does her weekly tweetly round up thing.
"We have some wonderful guests today. He's a wonderful artist that's currently touring with the wonderful Taylor Swift. Luckily they're not dating." She says and every one laughs. "Everyone Welcome, Ed Sheeran!" I smile and look up at Liam. He nods. He knew that Ed was going to be here. Meeting Ed was one of the things that was on my list. Of course, I'm not really meeting him, just seeing him in person could really count too I guess. "We'll hello Mr Sheeran." They do the regular kiss on the cheek thing. "It's great to have you back again. It's been a long time! Your hair's still amazing!"
"Thank you Ellen!" He smiles and shakes his hair around. "It's getting a little annoying. I need a trim." He looks up and chuckles.
"Well I think it looks lovely." I whisper to Liam. Ed and Ellen talk about his Plus album and the RED tour. Just hearing his voice just soothes my soul! It's so calming! They take the commercial break and another man comes up and talks to Liam. Apperently I am not allowed hear what they are saying. They finish up break and start talking again.
"So, Ed, you like meeting fans? Of course you do." She asks and he nods.
"They're pretty lovely most of the time." He smiles and looks up into the crowd.
"Well we have one fan I'd love for you to meet. Everyone welcome Miss Lacie Greene!" I look up in shock at Liam, who has a giant smile on his face. He helps me up and walks me down the stairs to the couch.
"You did this?!" I laugh and look at Liam. Ed stands up and hugs me then shakes hands with Liam. I hug Ellen then sit in between Liam and Ed on the couch.
"Well, Lacie would you please tell us your story?" Ellen says and I can't stop smiling.
"Well, My name's Lacie Renee Greene and I have fast paced Leukemia. I found out a few weeks ago and it's killing me." I say with tears in my eyes. "Liam here is crossing off my bucket list and finishing it with me." I smile towards him. The crowd is silent and Ed pats my back.
"We got you something for coming here Lacie." I smile again and Liam takes my hand. "But I'm not telling you what it is yet!" She laughs. "Liam how do you do it?" He looks down and shrugs.
"I really don't know. It's hard I know that. I just want to keep her happy." He looks at me and grins.
"So the fans think you're dating. Are you?" She asks and we both laugh.
"Well, I did ask her to marry me. But no, we're not dating. We're just friends." He looks around. Suddenly there's a hand on my shoulder that makes me jump. I look over at Liam who's already laughing. I look and there standing is Channing Tatum. No shirt. Abs exposed. Oh my. I stand up and he comes around the couch and hugs me. This is amazing! I've wanted to meet him since I was Magic Mike with a few friends of mine! He's so...fit! I laugh and smile down at Liam who is still sitting on the couch! he did this all for me! He's amazing! He's been better than any boy I've ever met. He's mine for now! I laugh at myself we all sit. Well Mr Tatum sits on the arm of the couch
"Do you like your surprises?!" Liam looks at me.
"Of course thank you very much!" I hug him.
"Love, I know." He says to the tears in my eyes. I've never had someone treat me so special! I know he's only doing this because I'm dying. He could have just left me there! He could have continued his tour. He could have enjoyed his break. But no, he's spending it with me. He's such a good lad. I really hate to leave him.
We finish up the show, head back stage to be fed by Ellen and head to my room. The car rid was full of smiles. Well, for the first ten minutes. I fell asleep after that. I can't ever stay awake for anything. That's the horrible thing! I miss alot of things. Like the drive through London. I've been to London before, it's just beautiful to see at night. He takes me back up to the room and it is totally quiet when we get there. I smile at the night shift nurse and then shut my door.
"Goodnight love! I'm afraid I don't have anymore surprises. This Tuesday is New Years Eve, would you like to go to a party with Lou and I? It's at Harry's place." He asks and looks down at me. "If you want to, talk to the hospital staff. It will be just that night.
"I'd love to." I say and lay in my bed. Literally not the most comfortable thing ever. My headache seems to sharpen and I close your eyes.
"I'll leave you be love. Goodbye." He kisses my forehead.
"Liam, what did I say about that." I remind him about the goodbyes.
"Sorry, feel better beautiful. See you soon."
