Haunted- (5sos- horror)

One

The walk to school was mostly silent. As we walked through the gates, into the living hell that is school, we found Calum crying on Luke's shoulder. Luke's face was blank while Calum looked destroyed. His cheeks were stained with the tears coming from his red teary eyes. When Luke saw us coming their way he made a small smile. I soon ran to Calum and gave him a tight hug. Tears streaming down my face.

"I- I loved her s-so much" he said in between sobs.

"I know Calum, and I'm sure rose loved you too" I said in a comforting manner, but at the sound of her name, Calum's sobs got louder and he started crying recklessly. Damn I'm such a screw up.

"Calum it's alright, you-"
I was soon interrupted

"No its not, its all my fault. If it weren't for me, she -she wouldn't be -be dead" my eyes widen at his comment

"Don't you dare blame this on yourself, it was not your fault and you know it." I said raising my voice

"Guys how about we ditch class, just for today, we could do something fun to clear our minds a little bit."
Michael said receiving a nod by Luke.

"Alright" Calum said surprising me

"Ok lets go" i said.

"My friend from the school a couple blocks away said there was a cool bar close to here, I could ask him to pick us up." Michael said

He received ok's and nods from every one.

After a few minutes of waiting outside the school a grey minivan stopped right by us.

I was about to get in the car until i heard a familiar voice.

"Emily!" She said

I turned just to see who i was expecting.

"Skylar!" I said back in a joking manner

"Where are u guys going?" She asked

"A bar." I said simply

"You can join" the guy driving the car said.

Her eyes widened at the sight of him. When he wasn't looking she mouthed

'Who's that'

' I don't know' i mouthed back

'He's hot' She whispered

I laughed and nodded.

"Hurry up!" Michael said annoyed

"Okay, okay"

Once we got in the car sky couldn't stop staring at the driver.

I nudged her a couple times and she wouldn't bother to stop.

" oh guys this is ashton." Michael said

"Ashton these are my friends, Luke, Calum, Emily and Skylar"

In the car we decided it was better to buy some beers and go to Michael's place, since his parents weren't home.

* a couple beers later *

We weren't drunk, but we weren't completely sober.

We had just done about everything possible, we danced we played video games, twister and drew portraits of each other. So we were now bored out of our minds thinking of things we could do.
" i know!" Luke said

"What if we all go to the tree house and hang out there?"

"I don't think that's such a good idea Luke, I mean i think it's going to be too much to take." Sky said

"Oh c'mon just this once -I" he was about to say something than Calum interrupted.

"I'll go" He said, causing all of us to glare at him with wide eyes, he was the only one who i was worried about taking there, his girlfriend of 4 years disappeared there.

"If Calum  will go ill go" Michael said

"Same" said Ashton turns out he actually new her too, they used to be in a band called swallow the goldfish. (P.s i know this is not like real life but its a fanfic so bear with me)

" I guess ill go too" said sky.

The only one left was me, her best friend. A voice deep inside me told me this was wrong, but I didn't want to be a party pooper.

"Alright, ill go"

Man, I should've listened to that voice.
