~ Hannah's POV ~

Benny decided to drop us off at a movie theatre. Best. Decision. EVER!!!

Me and Roger were sitting a few rows in front of Eddie, laughing our butts off. Apparently, that wasn't exactly what Eddie had in mind.....

He grabbed us by the ears and hair and pulled us back to our original seats.

"Will you cut that out? How would you like it if we pulled on your hair all the time....oh wait....you don't HAVE hair!! "

Me and Roger were acting obnoxious so, Eddie slapped us on the back of the head.

"Ow!" We said simultaneously

"Why are you always such a Debby Downer--"

"--Or a Freddy Frowner......"

"Roger, you ruined the joke."

"Sorry."

"Okay, now's a good time as any...you wanna know? [nods] Okay, I'll tell you.....a toon killed my brother"

"A toon ......no......" Roger said

"That's right. A toon. We were investigating the robbery of the first national bank of Toontown. Back in those days me and Teddy liked working in Toontown. Thought it was a lot of laughs. Ha. Anyway, this guy got away with a zillion semolians. We trailed him down to a little dive down in Yahtzel Street. Went in. Only he got the drop on us. Literally. Dropped a piano on us from fifteen stories. Broke my arm. Teddy never made it. I never did find out who that guy was. All I remember was him standing over me laughing,with those burning red eyes and that high squeaky voice. He disappeared into Toon town after that."

"No wonder you hate us!" Roger started crying......again.

"Come on Roger, I don't hate you guys."

"yes you do."

"No I don't"

"Then why did you yank my ears and her hair all those times?"

"uh....well....."

"Exactly....."

"Come on Rog, he doesn't hate us."

"He does too!"

"Would he hate us if he tried his best to hide us from the weasels?"

"no..."

"Would he hate us if he brought us to the movies instead of a dumpster?"

"no.....but it STILL HURT.....A LOT!"

"Listen, I'm not good with apologies especially when someone's upset because I always make it worse.....but can you except the fact that I'm not perfect, and I make mistakes, just like everyone else?"

"Roger......" I glared at him

"[sighs] Okay......i guess I can't stay mad at you."

Dolores comes in.

"What'd I miss?"

"Nothing" we all said at the same time.

"Got all my stuff?"

"Yes, would've been here sooner but I had to shake the weasels"

"Sorry about all the trouble back there...."

"Forget it, stuffing olives for a living wasn't for me anyway"

"Dolores.....you outta find yourself a good man."

"But I already have a good man...."

They're about to kiss when.....

"Hmmm....P-p-please don't mind me...."

"Roger!"

Roger gives the couple a nervous laugh and sinks back down in his seat. Dolores and Eddie laughed.

"We better get going Eddie."

"I'm glad Teddy's not here to see me running around with my tail between my legs..."

"It's not that bad once you get used to it......"
