Chapter 9, The Dance

~Sunday Morning, 7:49AM @home~

I woke up, half asleep, stretching and yawning.

I stood and made my bed but placed a pillow on the middle, since I believe in ghosts and such.

I walked downstairs to make breakfast, as I opened the fridge, I saw only butter.

"Ugggh! Ah well! Grocery time!",I yelled cheerfully and ran back upstairs and opened my closet.

I grabbed denim shorts,a pink crop top, and a pair of white doll shoes.

I took a quick shower then walked to the grocery store, tightening my grip on my wallet.

~7:55 @ The Fresh Goods grocery store~

I grabbed breakfast cereal and some pancakes for tomorrow, then orange juice, peanut butter and bread.

I walked to the cashier and payed for the goods I had chosen.

~8:15 @Home, done eating~
I sat on the couch, going on to Twitter.

I smiled and saw Britney and Casey's username, replying to my tweet.

"I just can't wait until the Dance!",I yelled as a knock on the door was heard.

I quickly ran to the door and opened it, seeing Oliver waving with a bouquet of roses in hand.

"Ollie! What are you doing here? And who's that for?",I asked raising an eyebrow.

"I just came to ask you something, and these are for you!",He smiled, as I let him in.

"Thanks for the roses! And...What are you going to ask me?"

"Would you like to go to go to dance with me?",He said, as I blush a little.

"As friends?",I immediately asked.

He shook his head, and I knew he wanted us to be more than friends.

He came closer to me and hugged me tightly, as I hug him back.

I had this warm feeling inside while we were hugging, after that he pulled away from the hug and smiled.

"Now you know what I feel, so would you like to go to the dance? As a couple, I mean.",I nodded as we both smiled and chatted more about the dance.

"Okay so, heres your ticket, I'll be picking you up, no one else alright?",He asked in a very serious look.

I simply nodded and took the ticket placing it in my bag, as he stood up.

"I have to go now! See you tomorrow!",We both hugged once more and waved goodbye.
