Smile For Me

Chapter 7

In the meantime they guys kept playing games without thinking about anything else and they played until dinner was served.

At the dining table they were all eating their meals but Kuroko didn't seem to put much interest in the food on his plate which worried the rest quite a bit so Akashi decided to feed him by hand. He grabbed the fork and got some food on it and then moved it to Kuroko's face, who frowned at his ex-captain's actions ''Akashi-kun what are you-..'' the bluenette couldn't finish his sentence because the latter had stuffed his mouth with the food that had been on the fork before.

Kuroko chewed and swallowed before asking ''What was that for?'' the red-haired male tilted his head innocently ''What do you mean?'' which made the other sigh and began to eat his food slightly annoyed by his ex-captain. Kise just giggled at the sight of a grumpy Kuroko and ate his own food.

When they were finally done eating, they got their desserts and Kuroko's eyes lit up when he saw his milkshake and gratefully took it from Murasakibara thanking him with a small smile on his face.

Akashi couldn't help but take a picture to savour the moment because in this time Kuroko's smiles were very rare and he wanted to see as many of them as possible. Midorima and Murasakibara did the dishes while the rest went to the Television room to watch a movie of Kuroko's choice and he chose 'Warm Bodies' that surprised everyone in the room but they didn't want to ruin the moment for him so they just went along with it to please the smaller boy.

Aomine turned the movie on and everyone was watching amused. They were about halfway through when Kuroko fell asleep leaning on Akashi's shoulder, his hair falling in front of his eyes and Akashi brushed it out of the way ''Let's not wake him up'' he whispered to the rest as he picked the boy up trying to wake him in the progress and walk to his room.

There he laid Kuroko down on the bed and covered him with the sheets, smiling he placed a kiss on his forehead before turning off the lights and closing the door. Hen walked back to the room only to find Aomine and Kise fighting once again so he hit both of them on the head telling them to keep quiet.

Midorima had already gone to bed since he had an appointment early in the morning and Murasakibara was muching on some sweets listening to the red-haired ex-captain. Akashi was giving them a list of things to do for tomorrow and then sent them of to bed seeing it was already half past one in the morning.

He himself felt uneasy and couldn't sleep so he sat by the windowsill in his room looking out of the window to the moon, lost in thought. He didn't notice that the smaller male had woken up  and was watching him from the bed silently.  Kuroko slipped out of bed and walked up to the redhead, tapping on his shoulder.

Akashi snapped out of his thoughts and looked behind him to find the sixth man behind him staring straight back at him and he let out a relieved sigh ''It's you..'' the boy nodded and held out his hand ''Let's go to bed Akashi-kun'' the red-haired ex-captain looked at it before taking it and walking to the the king-sized bed.

When he sat down on the bed, he pulled Kuroko down with him and laid back with the bluenet in his arm and the other covering them with the sheets and looked at him. ''Stay with me'' was all he whispered before snuggling up against the boy and closing his eyes in comfort.

Kuroko smiled at the actions of the red-haired 'emperor' making him forget about his problems once more and stroked his hair before closing his own eyes and falling asleep himself.

''Yes Akashi-kun..''

So..I haven't been writing for a while and i just wanted some AkaKuro in the story since that's my OTP in this anime/manga. Sorry that it's not very long but i'll try to make the next one longer.
