Chapter 4: Graduation

hey guys! I'm backkkkk. I'm sorry I've put this story kind of on hold, honestly I was having some tough times figuring out ideas and how I was going to write them and I've been really busy this summer. But I'm back! I start school at the end of this month(eww) but hopefully I'll be able to get in some more updates before I go back. Anywho I'm doing a time skip cause I kinda want to get to the good stuff lol sooooooo yea. Enjoy!

-one month later- *graduation*

(Hannah's POV)

I can't believe I'm actually graduating from high school. It felt like this day would never come. But now it has and it's both nerve wracking and exciting. I was sitting outside in my graduation gown next to Summer waiting for my name to be called so I could go up to get my diploma.

"Hannah Marie Payne" my principal announced.

I smiled and walked my way up to the stage. I shook my principals hand and he handed me my diploma.

"congrats Hannah" he said smiling at me.

I smiled back and walked back down the stage and took my seat. Summer had already gotten her diploma and was waiting for me with a huge smile.

"I can't believe we did it Hannah!" she whispered smiling at me

"I know isn't it crazy? Time flies by so fast." I told her

She nodded and we watched as the rest of our classmates received their diploma's. It's true, time really does fly by fast. I remember when Summer and I were in grade school. (A/N: Elementary school). I've always liked school, but the people in it not so much.

"And now I congratulate the Class of 2015 of St. Peter's Collegiate School! Students please turn your tassel to the right to the left." the principal announced.

We stood up, turning our tassels and cheering. I turned around and saw Liam and my parents cheering and waving. I hugged Summer as we exited and made our way to our families.

I walked over to my mum, dad and Liam who all gave me a huge hug.

"Congrats baby girl" my mum said

"Thanks mum" I said smiling

"I can't believe you graduated!" Liam exclaimed

Liam had to drop out of school early(A/N: if this isnt true someone please tell me, and don't hate me for getting facts wrong, remember I'm only human. No pun intended lol But I will change it if need be) to go to the Xfactor.

I giggled, hugging him.

"Oh I need pictures!" my mum exclaimed getting out her camera

"Muummmmm!" I whined embarrassed.

"Oh hush now and smile for the camera" my mum instructed

I did as I was told and then went to go look for Summer. Finally I found her, running over to where she was over with her family.

"Summer!" I exclaimed hugging her

"Hey Hannah!" she said giggling

Her mum and dad gave me a hug as well

"Congratulations Hannah" Summer's mum said

"Thank you!" I said smiling

"Summer my mum wanted some pictures of us together" I told her

"Okay, mum I'll be back" She said following me.

Once we walked over to where my parents and Liam were and took pictures. After that we said good bye and were on our way. We went out to Nandos, upon my request(N/A: mwhahahahahahaha) and took our seats.

"So Hannah are you ready to meet my band mates?"  Liam asked

"Yea, do you think they'll like me?" I asked nervously

"Don't worry Han, they'll love you." Liam said smiling

"I hope so.." I said

"Now Liam, you watch over Hannah okay?" my dad instructed

"I know dad, I won't let anything happen to her" Liam told him

" You guys I'm not a little kid you know. " I said pouting

"We know that Hannah, we just want you to be safe." my mum told me

"I'll be fine, Liam won't let anything happen and I won't do anything stupid" I said

-time skip to back home-

Once we were home, I changed into my pjs and out of my Graduation gown. I put my Diploma up on my dresser and then got into my bed. Just as I was about to fall asleep, Liam came in my room, sitting on the edge of my bed.

"Hey Han" he said

"Hey Liam what's up?" I asked him sitting up

"I just wanted to tell you that we're going to be leaving in a week, so make sure that you have all your things packed and ready to go." he said

"Okay thanks Li" I said yawning

Just as Liam was about to go back into his room,  I called his name again.

"Hey Liam?" I asked

"Yea?"

"Could you come sleep with me?" I asked

"Sure" he said smiling, climbing into bed next to me, wrapping his arms around me protectively.

NO this is not weird, we used to do this all the time when we were little, okay?

I yawned, cuddling into his chest. He chuckled rubbing circles on my back, comforting me.

"can you sing to me liam?" I asked quietly

He nodded and started singing little things, my favorite song. And surely enough, I fell fast asleep in my brothers arms.
