He smiles and gently places the necklace around me. "It's beautiful just like you" he says smiling and walking out of my door, leaving me with my jaw dropped and wondering.... Wondering what and how he feels about me
The next morning...
What Niall said kept me up all night, trying to figure out what he meant and trying to figure out how I feel. I swear I haven't known that boy long but he's very difficult to try and understand when it comes to love. But really is this really love or is it just feelings? SOMEBODY HELP ME.
I groan and run my hand through my hair. Whenever I'm within I have butterflies in my stomach, since the first day that I moved in with them, there's something different about him that I can't describe. Yea yea I know, Liam and dad said to not fall in love, but how can I ignore what I'm feeling?
I look out the window to see it practically down pouring and the next thing I see is a lightning strike which makes me scream because it's so close. Liam runs into my room to make sure I'm okay.
"Lightning?" He asks opening his arms for me to run into. I gladly accept and run into his arms.
I've never been a fan of storms and Liam always knows how to comfort me. Hot chocolate and books. .
He leads me downstairs where the other boys are watching a movie, on this boring rainy summer day.
"Good morning Hannah" they say in unsion
I giggle. "Good morning"
Liam hands me my hot chocolate and take my hand in his, with his hot chocolate in the other and leads me back up the stairs.
Louis whines. "Where are you taking Hannah?? You can't hog her ALL the time Liam!" He says pouting
"I do what I want, I'm punk rock" Liam shouts, making me burst into giggles
"You're no way punk rock. Stop trying to be like Michael, you big teddy bear" I giggle, hugging him once we're upstairs. He giggles and we walk into the huge library which had couches and chairs and even a spiral staircase.
I giggle and grab a book excitedly as Liam watches in amusment and grabs a book himself. We always did this thing where we would each pick a book and read aloud a chapter in funny voices. It's a tradition we do every time there's a storm like this. Yes we're weird. Do we care? Not really.
After hours and reading and lots of giggling, Louis comes trudging up the stairs pulling me into his arms. "You guys have been up here for houuuurrsss and I'm borrrreeeeeeedddd!" He whines
I giggle. "Annnnnd?" I ask
"Come play hide and go seek with us!" He demands
"Okay okay we'll go" I say giggling, with Liam following behind me.
"Liam's it!" Louis shouts once we're downstairs
"Why me??" Liam pouts
"Because you're daddy direction that's why" I say giggling as Louis gives me a high five.
Liam huffs but agrees to do it. "One...two....three...." He says. We all run away, hiding in different places in this huge house. I of course hide in the library, up on the second floor, behind a random book case.
"Hey Hannah" I turn around just about to scream, I see that it's harry.
"Harry aren't you supposed to be hiding somewhere else?" I whisper, chuckling
"Yea, but I followed you so I could tell you something...." He says
"What is it?" I ask confused
"Niall really likes you... If it isn't already obvious enough" he tells me
"W-what? No he doesn't...." I say wide eyed
"Don't you see the way he looks at you? I've never seen him like that with any other girl. And trust me, I know my own mate" he tells me
I'm speechless and wide eyed. "Trust me Han, he does. I know it when I see it" he says, crawling away to a hiding spot.
Does he really?.... No it can't be. I've only known Niall for almost a week now, how is this possible?...
"Found you!" Liam says, snapping me out of my thoughts
I groan and get up. "Harry's over there" I say, pointing to the curly haired boy under the dim light.
"You weren't supposed to tell!!" He whines, getting up as well.
"Man up Harry. You two were the last ones I found anyways. Which means Harry wins and Niall has to count, he was in the kitchen..." Liam says chuckling
This is gonna be a lonnnng game of hide and go seek
