Chapter 15

Alexandria POV

Harley was laying down on her bed. I layed down next to her.

"Hey" I said to Harley.

"Hey miss flirty. How was your time with your boyfriend or fuck buddy." Harley said while smirking. It was as if she could see through me.

"One he isn't my boyfriend nor fuck buddy. We may have kisses more than once, but that doesn't matter because he doesn't like me." I said to her while looking at my phone.

" Oh My God! Lex your in denial. He is totally into you. What guy would come all the way over here just to drop you off at your parents house and then to come back for nothing." She shouts at me.

"Shhh... Harley, be quite he's sleeping downstairs. We watched a movie and then we kissed, but That's just how boys are they only want to get in your pants. That's why I'm not falling for it Harley." I said to her calmly.

She just rolled her eyes at me and I was just smiling. I'm just so happy she's doesn't continue this discussion. She turns on her television that she has in her room and goes under the blankets.

I lay down on Harley's bed and I start to drift away. I ended up falling asleep.

Harley POV

I woke up to see Lex drooling on my pillow. "EWWW. Urgh I need to get Lex her own bed." I thought as I got up from the bed.

Don't get me wrong I love Lex and everything but she need her own bed. You don't understand the way this girl sleeps. She rolls everywhere and she drools, it's so gross.

I go to the bathroom and brush my teeth and fix my hair before going downstairs. I grabbed my phone and went down the stairs. I saw that I had gotten a text from Liam. "Why did he text me so early?" I said while yawning.

I look at the messages.

Liam🐶: Good Morning.

Harley: ..Good Morning. Why did you text me so early. 😂

Liam🐶: Well I just wanted to ask you a question if that's fine with you? 😁

Harley: Yeah you can lol 😂 ask me the question.

Liam🐶: Well I was wondering if you wanted to go to umm the beach with me. I know it's weird for to ask you this and it's extremely random. You'll probably say no anyways. I'm sorry just forget I asked you that question.

Harley: Liam it's ok 😂lol I would love to go to the beach with you.

Liam🐶: Really?! Oh ok cool. So we have school next week and we have this week off plus I have work until 3:00 so I could pick you up at 3:30 on Tuesday. Does that sound good to you?

Harley: Yes that sound perfect. I can't wait 😊. Well I'll text you later bye Liam ✌️✌️

Liam🐶:Bye Harley can't wait to see you 😉.

Well I'm excited for this date with Liam. I looked up from my phone smiling. I see that Zayn is folding the blanket Lex gave him last night.

"Leaving so soon. Your not even gonna eat breakfast" I say with a sassy tone.

"I'm sorry I have to go to work. I wanted to say bye to Alexandria and thank both of you guys for letting me stay the night." He said while rubbing his neck.

"Mhm. Zayn I'm telling you this now if you hurt Lex then you are gonna pay for it. Even though she's my cousin I treat her as a sister. So I fucking dare you to hurt her. That's when your life is gonna become hell." I say in a threaten tone.

"I'm not gonna hurt her. That's not my intention, I don't really know my feelings yet. I'm extremely confused on everything. So I have decide to distance myself from her for a bit." He says with apologetically. His head is casted downward toward the wooden floor.

I looked at him and just shook my head. "Your gonna hurt her by doing that" I mumbled under my breath and sighed.

He just looked at me and sighed as well. He said goodbye and left. I rolled my eyes "fuck boys will be fuck boys" I said out loud so that he would be able to hear it.

I went into the kitchen and made coffee for myself and Lex.

Zayn POV

Harley was right. I'm only gonna be hurting Alexandria, but I want to figure out what I feel for her. Is it just my hormones or the fact that I haven't been laided in a while.

There's something different about Alexandria. She's so innocent that it makes me want to ruin her and protect her at the same time. This is all so confusing. Why her of all people? Yes, she's gorgeous but she's so insecure that it hurts me. I want her to get ride of those insecurity. I love all of her little things.

I walk to my car and I get inside. I drove off and I headed straight home. I had to lie to Harley about having a job. I hate lying, but I needed to so that I could get out of that situation.

As I drove I started to think about what happened last night. Alexandria looked so fucking hot. It just turns me on just thinking about it. Her lips, her hair, just her in general. I just want to claim her. Now I wish I would've given her a hickey.

I mean I had time to but I wasn't thinking. I'm so fucking stupid. I'll talk to her when school starts up again.

Alexandria POV

I woke up and went downstairs. I saw Harley sitting on the couch where Zayn slept .

I yawned as I said "where's zayn?"

Harley does say anything, but her facial expression showed everything. I frown slightly.

"He left didn't he?" I said is a sad and confused tone.

He didn't even say good bye. He's a fucking asshole. What guy would just leave like that and then I remembered Jack. He use to do that shit when we were together. I would be sleeping and then I wake up to see Jack not there just to find out that he's with Rose because Rose gave
him what he wanted and the only thing he wanted was sex. Obviously sex that's what most boys want anyways.

That's it I'm not gonna get any feelings for Zayn or any one in that matter. I know I may be overthinking this, but how many times do I have to get hurt to realize that I'm stupid or I fall for the wrong people. Well this time it's different.

I was in deep thought and then I looked up and saw Harley just looking at me with a confused and worried expression. I just smiled at her and went to get a cup of coffee.

I grabbed a cup and started to pour the coffee then my phone began to ring so I put down my cup and answered my phone. It was a unknown number.

"Hello?" I answers
