chapter 10

Hayes's pov

I woke up and felt sick. My stomach was killing me. I just laid back down thinking it would ware off.

Luke's pov

I woke up and my throat hurt I started coughing and got the inhaler Hayes had. I used it and went to Cameron's room since Nash locked his door.

I said "Cameron,Cameron,Cameron wake up I'm sick." Cameron woke up and said "what's wrong?" I said " my throat hurt." Cameron looked at the time and said "okay but lets wake up Hayes first." I nodded my head.

Cameron stood up. I put my arms up motioning I wanted to get picked up and Cameron chuckled and picked me up.

We went in Hayes room. Cameron woke him up. Hayes said "Cameron I'm sick I'm about to throw up." Cameron said "hurry up in the bathroom!"

Hayes gets up and runs in the bathroom and you hear him throwing up. Hayes come back out and follows us downstairs.

Hayes said "you sick too?" I nod my head yes. Cameron said "I got you at least 5 new inhalers so you have extras okay?" I nod my head.

My throat hurts when I talk and when I eat. I Start coughing hard. I got my inhaler and pressed it 3 times. Hayes patted my back as he sat on the couch. I laid down and laid on Hayes.

Nash came downstairs. I went to Nash and said "Nash my throat hurts and Hayes stomach hurt." Nash said "I have medicine for both of you."

Nash came back with medicine and gave one to me and the other to Hayes. We both drunk it. It taste nasty. Nash said" Maggie try not to cough hard it can mess with your asthma." I said "okay."

Hayes shot up and ran to the bathroom. He came back grumpy. Hayes said "move Luke." I moved over a little. I went upstairs to get a teddy bear Nash and Cameron brought me. I went back down stairs. Hayes was laying all over the couch. I said "excuse me Hayes." Hayes said "Luke leave, get out the way." I said "excuse me "again. Hayes said "Luke shut up and move" and pushed me.

I went to Nash in the kitchen. I said "Nash,Hayes is being mean and rude to me and he pushed me down on the floor." Nash said"Hayes gets grumpy when he is sick. And are you okay did he hurt you?" I said "I'm fine but it hurt." Nash said "come on we gonna watch t.v upstairs in your room." I nodded my head.

Hayes's pov

Luke keeps on Bothering me. I hate people talking to me while I'm sick. Luke came back downstairs and said "Sorry Hayes for bothering you." I said "oh my god luke move out the way I'm sick." Luke said"so, so am I." I said "luke I'm tired of you coming down here blocking my way of the tv and I know your sick which is why I'm confused why your bothering me." Luke went upstairs.

I got my phone and text Emma.

E:Where are u

H: I'm sick and so is luke

E: oh tell luke I said feel better.

H: he is so annoying he's been coming down here bothering me.

E: he's sick too Hayes be nice.

H: soon not sick enough to leave me alone

E: okay fine lets put it like this be nice or get punched when I see you.

H: fine

Emma can fight he can knock me out with one punch. When I first met Emma  we fought. We didn't even like each other. Now we are best friends. 

Emma's pov

Nash and me was on my bed watching a movie.

I tapped Nash and asked him if I can got to Matthews room. Nash said sure and took me there.

Matthew was with Shawn. I said "hi Shawn,hi Matthew." Matthew put me on his lap and said "hey ."  I said "what is your guys last name?" Matthew said "well mine is Espinosa." Shawn said "and mines is Mendes." I said "my old English teacher name was Mendes." Shawn said "at what school?" I said "Benji middle school." Shawn said "you met my father." I said " I know you look like him." Shawn said "yea." I said "your dad is mean." Shawn said "I know he can be mean sometimes." I laughed a little. Matthew said "baby why you not in school?" I said "I'm sick." Matthew said "what's wrong?" I said " my throat hurts I can't even eat it hurts to much." Matthew said "poor baby."  I asked "is Hayes grumpy when he is sick?" Matthew and Shawn answered in unison "yes. Matthew said"why?" I said "because he's mean." Matthew said "well if her hurt you tell me and we gonna fight." Matthew mad a funny face and I giggled and ran to Cameron.

I said "Cameron, Can I sleep with you tonight so I don't have an nightmare?" Cameron said"sure ,come downstairs you gotta eat." I yelled "NO!! I'm not hungry!!" Everyone looked at me and peeked there heads out there room. I think Cameron is trying to set me up to get a beating.

I run away from him and hide. I run upstairs in a random room. Carter was in There. I said"sorry for running in your room." Carter said "it's okay but you scared me." I sat on his bed. Carter said "so what you up here rugrat?" "because Cameron tried to set me up to get a beating by making me eat" I said clinching tighter to the teddy bear. Carter said "Cameron isn't gonna hurt you and neither is any of the guys, I promise they will never ever hurt you okay?" I said "okay." Carter said "come on we can go down there together."

We went downstairs and saw everyone looking in rooms.Carter cleared his throat. I put my head down. Cameron came over to me and crouched down to my height. He said " why did you run away like that?" I clinched to my teddy bear and said"because I thought you was trying to set me up to get a beating that's why I don't eat, mommy and daddy would beat me if I did." Cameron said "baby you can eat if you want to if you are hungry tel any one of our and we would feed you, we are not gonna hurt you you gotta stop saying that okay?" I mumbled"okay." Cameron pushed my head up and said"okay?" I said "okay" Cameron picked me up and said"okay?" I said "okay." Cameron starting tickling me and throwing me in the air.He stopped and said "now come on a and come eat you haven't ate your entire time here." I nodded my head giggling.

Cameron gave me a slice of pizza. I love pizza it taste so goooooooooooooooooooooooood. I finished it and had two more then a cup of juice. Cameron said"i knew you was hungry." I giggled and went to lay down next to Hayes. He was being grumpy anymore. I laid on his lap and we watched a movie.

Hayes's pov

I saw everything that happened with Luke and Cam. I heard everything. I'm such an ass. I was mean to him and her parents didn't even allow him to eat and beat him she did. It was getting late so Cam told us to go to bed. Nash said"and you guys are going to school tomorrow."Luke and I both said "okay"in unison.

Cameron's pov

I went to my bed and saw Luke sleeping with the teddy bear. I took off my shirt and put on shorts and got in the bed with Luke. I laid next to him and put my arm around him. He just turned around and cuddled into my chest. I felt so comfortable with him. I closed my eyes and went to sleep.
