chapter 11

Luke's pov

Hayes and I felt better and we was going to school.

As we was walking Hayes said " so you a player?" I said " what's that?" Hayes said " it a person who date a lot of people." I said " no, I like a lot of people." Hayes laughed and said " I can tell." I said " what you mean?" Hayes said " that you like Maggie." I said "so what if I did?" Hayes said " we can tell, you just stare at her and get nervous when you talk to her." I said " oh."

We got to school and Hayes went with Emma. Emma came over to me and said " hey cutie, I'm gonna walk you to class." Hayes was behind her. I said " okay sweetie." Hayes coughed "player." Emma said " you took your hair out, it is so long." I said " yea I like it like this."

Emma said " Hayes what did you say?" Hayes said " nothing."  Emma said " Luke wanna beat up Hayes?" I looked at Hayes and he gave me an evil smile. I said " no he is evil!" Emma and Hayes laughed. I said " Emma can you stay the night again?" Hayes said " she can't she is too annoying." Emma said "actually I'm gonna stay with you guys for a month." Hayes said " then my girlfriend can't come over!" Emma said " I guess that slut can't come over then." Hayes put his arm around Emma and said " aww aren't you a jealous best friend, you know I love you." Hayes kissed Emma's cheek. Emma wiped her cheek off and said "don't pass your germs on me!"

I said " I'm still here." Hayes said " and your class is right there." I said "bye."

I went in class and sat next to Maggie. I said "hey Maggie." Maggie said " hey Luke."

Hayes's pov

We was walking the hallway and a boy who always bothers Emma came up to us. I still had my arm around Emma. Emma said " oh my gosh." I said " what Elijah?!" Elijah said "just wanna check on Emma here." I stood in front of Emma and said " leave her alone before I have to kick your ass." Elijah said " no I like bothering Emma now move, just like how I like bothering your little brother Luke." Elijah smirked at me. I was ready to punch him in the face. He bothers Luke. If Luke is hurt I'm gonna kill him.

Emma held on to my arm. I said "Emma let go!" Emma said " no Hayes please don't do this." I said "he has been bothering Luke too he is only 10." Emma said "I know but Hayes please." I looked at Emma and she was about to cry. I said "fine."

We walked away. The hallways was empty. Emma started crying. I hugged her. Yes, Emma gets bullied by Elijah. He hits her and makes fun of her. I love Emma. She is my best friend and I'm not gonna let them hurt her or Luke. Emma said " don't fight them." I said " I'm not gonna let them hurt you." Emma said " don't fight them Hayes." I said " fine but if I see them hit you I'm gonna kill them." Emma said " no." I said " uhhhhh I hate them hurting you." Emma said " I will be fine." I said " not if they hit you and I'm tired of this, come on we are going to class." Emma said "you don't have the same class as me." I said "I'm gonna walk you."

Emma's pov

Hayes walked me to class. I went inside and I saw Elijah and his friends looking at me. The worst one is Frank. He just hits me and says the worst things ever. I sit next to him. Frank said " sup bitch." I said "hey." Frank said " you are a stupid hoe, you still with Hayes." I said " so he is my best friend." Frank said " no he just probably fucks you in bed!" I said " no." Frank slammed my head into the desk and my nose started bleeding. I got up and ran out the room.

I went in the bathroom. My nose wouldn't stop bleeding. I stuffed tissue in my nose and ran to get Hayes. I ran to his class. I motioned for him to come out. Hayes came out and said " what happened? Who did this?!" I said "follow me."

We ran back in the bathroom. I locked the door so Hayes doesn't get in trouble. Hayes said "who the hell did it Emma?" I said " can you just help me?" Hayes said "fine."

Hayes made my nose stop bleeding.

End of school day.

Hayes's pov

I got Luke and Emma and we was about to start walking home when Elijah stood in front of us. I said "what?!" Elijah said " I like bothering Emma and Luke." Luke held on to my arm tight.  I said " you aren't gonna touch them!" Elijah said "we will see wont we." I said " no because you aren't gonna touch them." Elijah said " watch us." I punched Elijah in the face repeatedly. Emma pulled me off of him. Luke was crying. I picked up Luke and soothed him. We started walking. Luke said "why did you fight him?" I said "he tried to hurt you and Emma." Luke said "so you was helping us?" Emma said "Luke, Hayes wouldn't hurt neither of us and he was just helping." Luke said " okay."

We got home and Luke was sleeping. I laid him on the couch. Emma went to sleep to once she laid down. I just watched a movie and waited for the guys to get back.

Luke's pov

I woke up on the couch. I saw Emma sleeping and Hayes was on his phone. I said "Hayes I'm hungry." Hayes said " wanna burger little guy?" I said "yes please."

Then all the guys came home. Cameron picked me up and swung me around. Cameron said " did you eat yet?" I said " Hayes was about to give me some food." Cameron said "okay, eat then we can go out." I said "where to?" Cameron said "to mahogany's house. I said " oh I like her." Cameron laughed and said "okay now go eat."

I ate my food and we left.

Cameron said "we might need to get you a car seat, you are pretty short." I said " I don't need a car Seat I'm 4'11." Cameron said "okay." Nash said "how do you know?" I said "they measured me at my old school." Nash said "oh and we are here."

I got out and I ran to the door. I rang the bell. Taylor open the door. Taylor said "hey little guy." I said "hey Tay."

I sat on the couch and Mahogany came downstairs. Mahogany said"hey cutie." I said "hi sweetie." Mahogany said " I miss you cutie." Mahogany hugged me and said " where are the guys at?" I said "they are coming." Mahogany said " I wanna see my boyfriend." I said "who is your boyfriend?" Mahogany said "Cameron is my fake boyfriend." I said "oh."

Cameron and Nash came in. Cameron said "hey girlfriend." Mahogany went to him and hugged him. I was confused. I didn't ask questions I just watched tv with Tay. Then I went to sleep again.
