Chap 9 (Final Chappie)

Prodigy

Its been about 3 months now and the doctor says they'll have to let Ray loose if he doesn't wake up soon. I'm just hoping that he wakes up.

I was sitting by him in the same position we were in except last time I was the one in the hospital bed not him. I looked at his face faintly smiling.

"Ray, you need to wake up. The doc is thinking of cutting you loose, love. I...I can't lose you like this...I love you so much. Please try and wake up for me. I'm so lost without you..." I was about to let go of his hand and get up when I felt a squeeze to my hand.

Ray

I was just in a very dark and empty space. I had heard everything that. happened in the last few months.BD would visit along with Prod. Star would come trying to apologize but the guys ignore her.

The guys were getting ready to go and I guess Prod had to go too. I heard every heartfelt word he said to me and I squeezed his hand. I was seeing a ray of white light and in my mind I headed straight for it.

Next thing I know I'm awake but i'm too tired to speak. "Ray?" I look at them and smile and I sit up. "Hey guys..." Prod hugs me and kisses my cheek then he leaves because they had to go.

After they leave I get an unwanted visit. Star comes to my room. "Ray I'm-" I cut her off, I'm really pissed off at her. "Your what Zonnique?! You almost killed Prod trying to get me. You should of knew I'd protect him even if it cost me my life. You can't break me and Prod apart no matter how much you want to. Its never gonna happen my heart is his and his only. So don't tell me your sorry. I don't want your stupid ass apologies." I looked the other way and Star had left.

The doc came in and saw I was awake. "Well it's good to finally see your awake Mr Lopez" I nodded still looking towards the window. I fell into another deep sleep but this one I felt I couldn't wake up from. This one I felt was dragging me back into the coma I had awoken from.

I was way too weak to fight back and the doc could tell I was fading away slowly. I felt as if I could no longer breathe. I hate when stuff like this happens where you appear fine one minute and the next your sick again.

Guess I won't be getting up after all....

Prodigy

Well today just went from better to worse the doctor called and told me that Ray was back in his coma. I cried for a long time but I had a feeling Star had something to do with this. When we were coming from Ray's room she was headed our way. We told her to not bug him and that he won't except her apologies.

She said that she didn't care and that she wanted to see him. I'm guessing shes the reason why hes back in his coma. "Prod, what did the doc say?" Roc and Prince asked worriedly. "He's....back in his coma."

Roc looked pissed off along with Prince. BD came with Beauty but Star was dragging behind them. I was about to break her little ass but Prince held me back. "Hey BD, Beauty" They look at us sincerely, "Heyy" We looked at Zonnique, "Star" She stayed quiet but waved and by the looks of her she got it handed to her. She had bruises on her, her lip busted, a black eye, possibly a broken nose and maybe a couple scratches.

Serves her right and after a couple days the boys told me to get dressed in a suit. I didn't argue about it and just went with it, I knew it had to be nothing good. We came to the church and well it was a funeral....Ray's Funeral....

I cried and wept as Prince and Roc held me back. I was losing the most beloved person in my life. I couldn't and wouldn't let this happen.

Ray

I was hearing Prod's voice and by the sound of it he was crying. I try and get as much out of what he say as I can. He said, "Ray, Wake up! Please, you've got to wake up! I don't want to lose you again! Please! I will be lost without you! I love you." I tried to move but it was hard as hell to do hopefully I wake up before I'm buried in the ground for good.
