9:30 pm
I sit at the cash register of the liquor store.I sit there bored out of mind until a girl comes in with a hoodie over her head. I watch as she goes over to the fridge and grabs a sprite and comes over to the counter. She puts its it on the counter and looks at me with her huge brown eyes.
???:"Can you please stop staring at me and scan my stuff?"
I snap back to reality.
Ross:"Oh sorry, it's just been a long a day." I ramble. "Is this all for you?"
???:"Umm no can I have one pack of cigarettes?"
Ross:"Really how old are you?'
???:"Um 19, how old are you?" She asks annoyed.
Ross;"I'm also 19 but I don't think you should be smoking them. Do you know how bad they are?" I asks while scanning the items. "$3.46." She pays me and snatches her bag.
???:"Yes I know there bad for me, whatever your name is."
Ross:"My name is Ross."
???:"Whatever you don't know me so goodbye now." she says as she turns and walks out of the the liquor store.
I sigh. Ross:"See ya brown eyes." I walk to the door and turn off the open light and walk to the back.
'Next night' 9:32
She comes in again and grabs the usual a sprite.
???:"Cigarettes." She says, I pull them out and scan the items.
Ross:"Hello to you too."
She looks up and plants a huge fake smile. ???:"Hi." Even though it was fake her smile was beautiful.
Ross:"That's more like it." I point to the price and she gives the money to me. "Hey since you're going to be coming here every day can I at least have your name."
she sighs.
???:"My name is Laura, pretty boy." she smiles.
Ross;"You thinks I'm pretty?"
Laura:(Shrugs) "Sure."
Ross:"Wow you're forward." She playfully pushes me and I smile.
Laura:"Whatever, look I gotta go."
Ross:"Ok see ya brown eyes." She smiles.
Laura:"Bye pretty boy."
' 1 week later' 9:50 pm
As this week went by we became friends and I'm not going to lie a have a small crush on her. As I think about this she comes in and smiles and grabs her usual.
Ross:"Hey, brown eyes."
Laura:"Hey pretty boy." I smile and begin to scan her items. "Hey when do you get off work?"
Ross:"Um in 10 mins why?"
Laura:"We should hang out." she says paying me grabbing her stuff.
Ross:"You want to hang out with me outside of the liquor store?"
Laura:"Isn't that what I just said, so how about it?"
Ross:"Sure what do you want to do?"
Laura:"We can walk and talk. Then I can show you what makes me feel free."
Ross:"Um ok."
Laura:"Cool." She jumps up on the counter and we sit there and wait for more customers.

Ross:"Ok i'm all do-" I say before Laura pulls me out of the liquor store.
Laura:"Great lets talk." she says as we begin to walk on the sidewalk.
Ross:"About what?"
Laura:"Each other I mean we only have known each other for a week."
Ross:"Ok what do want to known?"
Laura;"Here I'll ask you some questions. What is your favorite thing to do when you're not working?"
Ross:"Um I live in a apartment by myself so when I'm not working I have a lot of free time so I like to write poems.
Laura:"Really what is one of your favorite poems?" she asks intrigued.
Ross:"Um it's 'After quitting so many times, there's no way I'm ever giving up.' by John Clark Helzer I love that quote because I was quitting so many things because my family were holding me back. That's why I moved away from my family so I could focus on poetry more. I'm only doing this liquor store thing so I could have a little change in my pocket."
Laura:"Oh I see do you miss them?"
Ross:"Well yeah there my family, you know?"
Laura:"Yeah." she sighs.
Ross:"What about you do live by yourself,or do you live with your family?"
Laura:"Um actually neither I live in a foster home, my parents died when I was 11." I automatically stop and hug her, she's shocked at first but hugs back.
Ross:"I'm so sorry."
Laura:"Thank you."
As I'm about to release, she hugs me again.
Laura:"Thank you, nobody seems to care to console me." she says pulling away. I hold her hands.
Ross:"Well I'll be that person that cares. I'll be there to hug you, hold your hand and even kiss your cheek to let you know everything's going to be alright." She smiles as tears roll down her face, and I wipe them away. I hug her one last time and we continue to walk down the side walk.
I'm back guys with this oneshot and I think I'm going to make this oneshot into it's own story so my new book will just be a continuation of this. So happy to be back in business I'll try my hardest to make my lazy ass write as much as I can so stay tuned. Oh and please keep believing in raura. Lots of people are leaving the fandom but we have to stay strong because nowadays these couples been giving out like have you heard about Zayn and Perrie and Sarah Hyland and Matt Prokop i thought those couples would be forever. But things don't last and honestly i think rourtney is just a fling thing. Anyways stay tuned!
