I arrived to her house and I slightly hesitated to knock on the door, but I did.

"Come in, it's freezing out there" she said welcoming me in.

"Did you walk all the way over here?"

I just shook my head because honestly I didn't know what else to do.

"Are you okay?"

"I-I'm just a little jittery" I replied with a fake laugh.

"What are you jittery about?"

I just sat there thinking over what I was about to do.

"Are you sure you're okay Camila?"

"Um.. I don't know. I'm many things right now"

"Well just tell me what's bothering you. I'm your bestfriend, it's what I'm here for"

"Suppose you had to tell somebody something"

"Like what?"

"Something about yourself that might be a little shocking"

"Well I'd do my best to tell somebody I trusted"

"Yeah.. And that's what I'm trying to do but it's extremely difficult"

"How long have we been friends, how much shit have we gone through together?"

"A lot"

"Exactly. That's what I'm saying, I'm your bestfriend. You can tell me anything"

"I'm..."

"You're?"

"Lauren, I'm... Gay"

We sat there in pure silence for a few seconds. I was just expecting the worst outcome possible.

"Is that all?"

I was relieved she didn't kick me out right then, but unfortunately there was still more.
