PRECAP -

Manish laughed at this and first time the lost daughter of Rathods slept in her father's embrace....✨✨✨

PRESENT -

The morning came, and the sun's rays filtered through the curtains, casting a golden glow across the room. Manish stirred slightly, the warmth of the sunlight brushing against his face, pulling him from the depths of sleep. But as his eyes opened, the world outside seemed distant, insignificant. In his arms, his  daughter slept soundly, her tiny hands curled into soft fists against his chest. Her innocent face, untroubled by the chaos that defined his world, was a quiet reminder of what he was fighting for.

For a moment, Manish let the silence embrace him. The weight of his empire, the blood on his hands, the deals in dark rooms....everything seemed miles away. The harshness of his life, the ruthless decisions he made each day, faded in the presence of this innocent little soul resting in his arms.

As she stirred slightly in her sleep, a surge of protectiveness washed over him. No one, nothing, would ever touch her. He had built an empire, yes, but it was for her, to keep her safe, even if that meant sacrificing pieces of himself along the way.

His heart hardened as he remembered the violence he was part of, the cold persona he wore like armor. But in this moment, he was simply a father. A father who would do anything to protect his child, even if it meant embracing the very darkness he'd created.

The morning light flickered over his face again, and he whispered softly to her, "You'll never know the world I live in, Princess. I'll make sure of it."

Then, he slowly rose from the bed, gently detaching her tiny fists clinging to his shirt. Without a word, he stepped out for his morning workout, heading to their private gym where his sons were already training. Kartik, still drowsy with sleep, dragged himself in - not because he wanted to, but because the fear of Prakhar still lingered... sharp, cold, and real.

Not the kind of fear that came with raised voices or bruises. No, Prakhar didn't need to yell. He didn't need to hit to hurt. His presence was an unspoken terror - calm, controlled, and lethal.

He may appear a little softer around Meher, his tone occasionally dipping into something almost human. But make no mistake - he is still the man his brothers dread. The same man who kills without flinching, without mercy, without emotion. The men who touched meher that day are still alive but feeling the death everyday, regretting the moment they dared to touch a Rathod.

As soon as Manish entered, kartik went to him and hugged him , Although meher is now youngest member of the family but once it was kartik , Manish was always a tough man but he was a good father and kartik has seen the most of it.

Kartik - *still sleepy voice* Good morning dad...you are late today.

Manish - Good Morning beta and I guess I am allowed to be late as your brother can't shout at me...can he??

Manish Joked at The last knowing very well about the irritation of Kartik at this moment.

Kartik - *irritated* Don't talk about him Dad, your beloved , precious firstborn just committed a crime against humanity...he threw an entire jug of water on my face to wake me up! I saw my whole life flash before my eyes… I was asleep, not in a desert.Honestly, I need therapy…or at least a warm blanket and emotional support🤧 . If this is how your eldest shows love, I'd rather stay unloved🥹. Next time, tell him to apply for the fire department....he clearly enjoys hosing people down🙄.
