Roxy's POV
Joe put down a picnic blanket and we both sat down. We looked up at the stars for a while just talking about random stuff. We decided it was time to eat. Joe was actually pretty good at making food. He even got me.a jar of nutella to put on my sandwich. He knows me so well. We talked and just had fun. I looked at my phone and realised it was ten o'clock at night. Seriously zoe and Louise are probably worried. "Joe I think we should go now." I said.
"But I'm having fun." He pouted then fake cried. I just laughed at him. He then playfully hit my arm then helped me get up. "what a gentleman." I said and he blushed. Wow he was cute when blushed. How have I not noticed this before. OMG I THINK I JUST THAT OUT LOUD. "You did and thank you." He smirked and now it was my turn to blush. We packed everything up and started walking home. Before we walked in Joe grabbed my hand.
"Listen Roxy, I like you I mean like I really like you and you have made me so much happier. Will you please do me the honour of being my girlfriend." I nodded and hugged him. When we pulled away from the hug we just started into each other's eyes. Until i felt myself start to lean in and so did he. He finally filled the gap and kissed me. I swear I saw sparks flew. We pulled away and walked into the house holding hands and Zoe and Louise jumped up and gave me a hug. "Guys...can't.....breath." they finally let go and I fell asleep with a massive smile on my face I probably looked like an idiot but I don't care I haven't been this happy in awhile.
