   "So, how is Felix?" Chan asked.

  Hyunjin looked up from Lucia, "He is good. The case he is working on is going well, the prosecution is talking about dropping the charges," 

   Chan hummed, "He must being doing a really good job," 

   Hyunjin nodded and looked back to Lucia who was fast asleep in her swing.

  "Hyun, are you okay?"  

 The younger took a deep breath, "I'm scared. I love him so much and I want to marry him, but if he wants to end it then I have accept it," 

    The blond pursed his lips. He knew this was taking a bit of a toll on Hyunjin and he knew to an extent that Felix wasn't doing too well either.

  However, he also knew that there was another part to this. A part that needed to be said.

  "I know you probably don't want to hear this, but you need to. Yuqi is right. You fucked up. We all understand that you were trying to protect Felix and maybe you being scared of your feelings for Felix pushed you more towards Sophia, but what happened kind of fucked everyone up and put Felix in a position where he believed that you led him on.

   And... I hate to say this, but it was similar to the beginning of Micah and Felix's relationship. When they first met Micah led Lix on and Felix was heartbroken when he found out about Jamie.

   Honestly, what you did was kind of worse because you two had a plan, and I get emotions change but you should have talked with Felix. So, I get why he needs time and why he wants you to make sure you are ready too," Chan told him.

  Hyunjin pressed his lips together. He knew Chan was right, but still it hurt and still he wanted to make things try to work.

   "Okay, today was awesome. You were awesome. I have to go, because these papers need to get filed by tomorrow night. So, I will see you when you get back," Maria said, pushing her cup away from her. 

  Felix chuckled and took a drink of the alcohol in his cup, "I'll see you in a couple days, tell your husband and kids I said hi when you get back," 

 Maria nodded and patted Felix's shoulder gently, "Call him tonight. See how he is doing," 

 The woman left and Felix took a deep breath.

  "You were good out there today," 

  The brunet looked over surprised to see the prosecution attorney from the case. 

   "Didn't think you'd want to see me after today," Felix said. 

     The man sat down where Maria was previously sitting, "Why wouldn't I? You're quite interesting," 

  "Devon Reed finds something interesting? How interesting,"

  Devon chuckled, "You know me," 

  "Of course, I had to learn about you to know how to properly approach this case," Felix told him. 

   "Well, I know things about you too. I know that you just recently joined the Will's law firm. I know that you were making waves in the legal world before you even graduated as top of your class and I know you just kicked my ass in a case that I thought was solid,"

  Felix smiled a little, "It wasn't solid. The time was way off by two or three hours. On top of that  there was no gun shot residue on my client hands, clothes, or car. The hair CSI found in the house didn't even match her. All the evidence you had was circumstantial the fact that you got this far with that evidence is astounding,"
