Epilogue

The day is finally here. The day I can walk out those prison doors and never look back. I don't think I've been this excited since I was about 7 and my dad bought me my first horse , now that is an exciting thing for a little girl but getting out was that much better.

"The day has arrived" Stella smiled as we waited to be released along with Nicky

"I never thought the day would come, I felt like I would be trapped here forever" I laughed as I leaned my head on her shoulder, the perks of being a little smaller than Stella

"I just want to get out and sleep on a great bed and have an amazing shower with nice smelling shampoo and proper toothpaste and nice clothes" Nicky laughed

I laughed along with her. I couldn't wait too, I just wanted to be able to wear my jeans again or my dresses and have my makeup and moisturiser , don't forget about designer handbags . I just can't wait to be in the outside world again with people that aren't all criminals , never the less , I've learned a lot from prison.

"Are you guys ready?" Bennett asked

"As I will ever be" I smiled to him

"Well I will probably see you tonight , seen as you are going to Bries and I'm the next door neighbour" he smiled

"Great, I have two parole officers" I laughed sarcastically

The doors opened and we were free to go. To where was the question. I knew I was going to Bries but Stella I wasn't sure of. We never spoke about it, I don't even think she had any where to go.

The three of us walked out the prison, Stella's hand in mine and it felt so good not having someone tell me to let go of her hand. Nicky smiled hugely when she saw her mothers town car.

"I don't even like my mom but she's helping me get my life on track. I have Bries address, I will send you a letter when I've got a phone and shit. God Dana , I'm gonna miss my partner in crime and my best friend. You , Stella, you ever fucking break my best friends heart again, I will beat you so hard that you will fear me for life. Treat this girl right, do you hear me?" Nicky asked

"I hear you, good luck" Stella smiled

"Good luck to you both, I want an invitation to the wedding , although I ain't wearing a dress" Nicky laughed as she walked over to greet her mother.

I noticed my sisters car pull up and then a black BMW behind it which only meant one thing and one person. The one person I tried to avoid through my whole sentence and even before it . I knew he would be disappointed in me and I didn't want to see that look on his face .

"I couldn't stop him, mom told him and he followed me here. I'm sorry" Brie said as she came running to me

"Who's she talking about?" Stella asked

I didn't answer as the door to the black car opened . I noticed the dress shoes straight away, then the designer suit and the mop of white hair that was pushed back . He slammed the car door and looked at me. His eyes held disappointed but also some joy.

"My dad" I said answering Stella's question

"Dana, my sweet little Dana. I am offended this is how I get to see you after 3 years but I am so glad you are ok. I am so happy that you are out but sad you didn't let me visit" that's when I heard his British accent coming off really strongly

"And pull you away from business in London, how could I do that to my favourite man?" I laughed as he hugged me

"I missed you so much" he said squeezing me tighter

"I missed you too. I'm sorry that I disappointed you ." I said pulling away from the hug

"Yeah I am disappointed but hopefully your experience inside has changed you for the better. And who is this beautiful young lady might I ask?" My dad asked referring to Stella

"Dad I would like you to meet my girlfriend , Stella. Stella this is my dad" I smiled

"Nice to meet you Mr quill" Stella smiled shaking his hand

"Nice to meet you to but you can call me David" my dad smiled

The drive back home was quick. Brie offered for Stella to crash at hers for a while , which I was happy for . I did kinda guilt her into asking. Hank was fine with the idea also so it's a win win. My dad followed us back to Bries so we could catch up.

I got out the car and looked at the street I grew up on. Brie was always one to hold onto her childhood and she always said she would never leave this small street, in the small town.

"How does it feel to be home?" Brie asked

"It's not my home but it feels good" I smiled

We all wandered inside and took a seat in the living room. My father was trying away on his phone. A phone, I haven't seen my phone in three years or even held a mobile in three years.

"Dana, there is one reason I am here. I have come to offer Brie and yourself a proposition. I understand you will find it hard to get a job but I recently just opened an office in this town and I would love for my two daughters to work there. Dana you are amazing with writing and numbers and Brie you are amazing with meetings and seminars . I feel you could bring a lot to this company " my dad smiled

"Seriously ? Is it aloud even though I have been to prison ? " I asked as Brie and I smiled

"Of course, my company, my rules. Stella how about you ? Do you have a job you can go into?" My dad asked

"No, before I was inside I was doing a few gigs and mechanic stuff " Stella said

"Great, I have a friend who owns a mechanic shop, I can get him to give you a trial run , see how you work, it might be hard as you haven't worked in however long but the offer will be there if you want it" my dad smiled

"that would be amazing, thank you so much" Stella smiled back

This is the one thing I love about my father. He always sees the good in people, doesn't judge them, always gives everyone a chance to earn his trust , never holds a grudge and is the complete opposite of my mother. No wonder he left to go to the UK. I just can't believe he would give me a job and get one for Stella. My dad is the greatest.

"I can't thank you enough dad. This means so much to us and it means the quicker we can work the quicker we can find our own place, get the parole officer off our backs and start to live our lives again" I said as I hugged my dad

"Anything for my daughter , also Brie they two become too much, I will try get them an apartment . Just give me a call and ket me know. I will pick you and Stella up for dinner tomorrow , I want to get to know the girl that had stolen my daughters heart. Also check your account, there is some money in it for you to survive for a month , buy something nice to wear for tomorrow" my dad smiled as he kissed my forehead

My journey with Stella is just beginning and I'm super excited to see what the future holds for us both. I hope it is filed with love and happiness and everything we wish for.

Ah this book is finished :( I was kinda upset writing this as I don't want it to end but it has to, I can't keep it going forever . I also feel like a lot of you didn't like the idea of me ending this story so soon but it had to happen. I have had a few hate comments but they got deleted. I understand if you like a story so much you don't want it it end but this is my story and my writing, I want you to support me in my writing not hate me for finishing a story so soon.

I hope you all enjoyed the story , as much as I enjoyed writing it.

I have a new story planned out and I'm sure you guys will love it as much as you all loved this one.
