Prologue

I could feel the cool foggy wind blowing through my hair as I ran faster, trying to keep my mind off him. I looked down at the truly amazing brick red, golden gate bridge. Stopping to catch my breath, I slowed down to everyone else's walking pace and meandered to the edge. As I watched the waves ripple the never calm water of the San Francisco bay, I could feel my thoughts start to wander. How could he, I asked my self. Shaking my head I started running again, trying to escape all my problems which I seemed to do. Watching my feet rhythmically pound the pavement strangely calmed me.
Oof, I had run into someone while looking down. "Watch wher you're-" I was cut off as I lifted my head to see who I ran into. NoNoNoNoNo, I thought to myself, turning on my heel.
"Alex wait!" he called out as I sprinted as far away from him as I possibly could.

So this is supposed to be like an exerpt from like the middle of the book. I hope you liked it and please don't copy it.
